Job Posting External Job Duties * Training Module and Material Development - Develop new, maintain, and update existing training modules and supporting materials. Meet with SMEs on training topics to finalize drafts of training modules. Develop photos, videos, and imagery to support the development of training module programs. Write scripts to organize and direct video sessions required to support training module development. Organize and direct video/photoshoots. Complete the translation submission process for training materials. Maintain revision control and proper archiving techniques of all materials. * Collaboration - Conduct meetings with SMEs to develop and update training module content, videos, and photographs. Collaborate with Instructional Designers 2 on training module development and training module reviews. Consult with Instructional Design Manager for instruction, guidance, and direction. * Miscellaneous - Stay current on applicable government and industry standards and regulations. Consult with company departments to answer and assist with training questions and requests. Facilitate Criterion Reference Instruction (CRI), Instructional Module Development, and Build Training Fast and other workshops. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications * 2-4 years of related experience * High school diploma or equivalent * Must be able to work out of New Bremen, Ohio Preferred Qualifications * Associate or bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or Marketing. * Previous experience in a visual communication-based role. * Good writing skills and adaptable communication skills. * Experience and working knowledge of various computer applications. * Resilient and able to complete multiple projects simultaneously.
