Nightwing is seeking a cleared Full time Technical Instructor SME - Radio Frequency (RF) Specialist in support of a DoD contract providing technical equipment training and support for DoD elements. A candidate for this position is a graduate of the Interagency Training Center's Basic Technical Operations (BTOC) course (or equivalent) and have at least 6 years of practical experience. Duty location is Fort Washington, Maryland.
Travel - Position will require travel to CONUS and OCONUS non-hazardous locations.
Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Teach, mentor, and advise senior military personnel on various equipment, technical capabilities and employment Techniques, Tactics, and Procedures (TTPs)
Assist in the development and implementation of course curriculum and Concepts of Operations (CONOPs)
Provide training as needed on specialized technical equipment
Instructors must be able to design and deliver technical training to students at the novice, apprentice, journeyman, and master levels in courses that vary in complexity, duration, and frequency of offering
Required qualifications:
**An active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required , with the ability to get a Full Scope Polygraph.
Experience with or technical information collection equipment to support War on Terrorism objectives
Conduct and document site surveys Operations Security (OPSEC) planning and execution, and evaluate building construction techniques
A candidate for this position is a graduate of the Interagency Training Center's Basic Technical Operations (BTOC) course (or equivalent) and have at least 6 years of practical experience in:
Basic signal analysis, analog, digital, and real time spectrum analyzer and radio receiver operations
Principles of receiver design theory, including signal to noise rations, noise floors, intermodulation, up and down converting
Oscilloscope functions and operation
Antenna theory, free space, and transmissions line radio wave propagation mechanisms
High power RF safety, Radio direction finding (DF), Carrier modulation (AM, FM, PM and digital variants)
Multiplexing techniques (time, code, orthogonal and frequency)
A minimum of 4 years of applied Education and or Training experience teaching adults in the last 10 calendar years and a minimum of 5 years of applied, practical experience conducting federal TSCM or technical surveillance activities in the last 7 calendar years.
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Completion of an Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Education and Training maybe considered in lieu of teaching experience. Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Physical Science, and Physics may be considered in lieu of Technical Surveillance or TSCM experience

This position
As a Solutions Architect at Pipe17, you will be responsible for designing and delivering tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of our customers. This customer-facing role requires not only deep technical expertise but also exceptional communication skills. You will collaborate directly with clients to understand their business challenges, present effective solutions, and guide them through the implementation process. The Technical Integrations Specialist (Solution Architect) is responsible for onboarding new customers. This includes understanding customer's use cases, configuring Pipe17 to facilitate data transfer, and ensuring smooth integration of sales channels, ERPs, WMS and 3PLs. It is important to have a deep understanding of the e-commerce business, proficiency in ERPs like Acumatica, technical knowledge in APIs and JavaScript is desirable, and the ability to work with AI and interpret logs.
You will play a pivotal role in eliminating fragmented channels, manual processes, and operational blind spots that cost businesses time, money, and customers. You will ensure seamless integration of selling channels, fulfillment services, and core business applications to maintain the efficient flow of orders and inventory. This role allows you to focus on helping our customers grow their businesses without the need to solve technology problems.

The Curriculum Specialist supports the U.S. Army Chief of Chaplains' Building Strong & Ready Teams (BSRT) / Strong Bonds Program by managing and delivering curriculum resources for chaplain-led training events. This role ensures that all materials, content, and instructional aids are consistent with approved Army curriculum, properly distributed to participants, and compliant with regulatory standards. The Curriculum Specialist also coordinates with Event Managers, Site Specialists, and UMTs to ensure curriculum delivery aligns with the logistical setup of each event.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Curriculum Development & Support
Ensure all training materials are based on approved Strong Bonds/BSRT curriculum.
Adapt curriculum materials to fit different event formats (marriage, family, single Soldier, leader, etc.).
Coordinate with the Army Chief of Chaplains' office to update curriculum changes or additions.
Material Preparation & Distribution
Prepare participant packets, handouts, certificates, agendas, and name badges.
Ensure training materials are shipped or delivered to venues in advance of events.
Work with Logistics staff to integrate audiovisual aids and training media into classroom setups.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Ensure all curriculum aligns with Army regulations, doctrine, and educational standards.
Verify that audiovisual presentations and instructor support materials function properly at events.
Maintain records of curriculum usage and version control.
Event & Site Support
Coordinate with Site Specialists to ensure venues can support curriculum needs (e.g., A/V capability, classroom-style seating, breakout rooms).
Provide on-site administrative curriculum support, including material setup, distribution, and collection of evaluations.
Assist event leaders and external presenters with curriculum delivery.
Reporting
Provide input into Monthly Execution Reports and Quarterly Close-Out Reports, documenting curriculum delivery and any issues with instructional materials.
Track costs associated with printing, reproduction, and shipping of materials.
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional support, or adult education.
Experience supporting military or government training programs preferred.
Active Secret Clearance.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
Ability to manage version control and compliance for standardized curriculum.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite and presentation tools.

* Experience integrating Kinaxis Maestro (formerly RapidResponse) with host ERP, PLM, and CRM systems from multiple projects/industries
* Certified Kinaxis Integration Consultant (Author Level 1, Administrator Level 1, and Integration Level 1 required)
* Talend experience, and/or other ETL tools such as Google Cloud Dataflow, Azure Data Factory, and Databricks
* Database or programming languages, especially SQL and JavaScript
* 3 or more years leading/coaching a team of integration consultants

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the range is $130,800 to $241,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program. Whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

The Specialist I will assist the college curriculum team in setting up and delivering and setting up testing for learners. This role will be responsible for handling learner facing concerns as they relate to HESI Testing or other curriculum delivery programs. In this role, the Specialist will be expected to support data collection for analysis by leadership. This is to help drive decisions and changes while navigating challenges as they arise with the support of the other collaborators on the curriculum delivery team.
Role and Responsibilities:
Orders HESI exams to be delivered to learners in a timely manner.
Ensures exams have transferred to our proctoring service to allow for auditing by the curriculum team.
Assists in the review of Honorlock exam violations weekly and communicates any potential testing violations with the evaluation team.
Communicates with the innovations division regularly for any changes that may impact curriculum delivery and relays that info to the appropriate stakeholders.
Categorizes course concerns to ensure issues found in courses are addressed in a timely manner.
Provides support to the curriculum delivery team on any new projects as needed.
Tests SOPs to ensure the information included is effective and accurate.
Provides feedback for all SOPs developed in the curriculum delivery team.
Works closely with the other specialists and supports the College Curriculum manager with special projects as needed.
Responds to learner concerns in shared mailboxes in a timely manner.
Takes responsibility for projects as they relate to curriculum delivery.
Works closely with the 504 coordinator to ensure all learners who will be given accommodations for HESI testing are accounted for.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is desired.
One year of experience working in higher education is desired.
Experience working with an LMS, preferably Canvas, is required.
Experience working with student-facing measures is desired.
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint is required.
