Collaborate with other members of the organization, such as the Employment and Employer Specialist, the Post-Secondary Education Specialist, Case Manager, and Community Partners to provide vocational training and post-secondary education opportunities; Attend and actively participate in summer training and ongoing professional development sessions throughout the year. Participates monthly with assisting and planning of additional HealthCorps-related events. Participate in other organization-centered participants/staff training & enrichment events. Observe, evaluate, and track participant attendance, service hours, and academic progress as required by grants and educational partners. Manage participant behavior in the classroom using incentives to keep participants engaged; Weekly, provide outcome reports on participants to Participant Services Manager.
