All CVTC instructors are required to meet with students and/or attend meetings on-site on a regular basis. Chippewa Valley Technical College (CVTC) is establishing a pool of qualified candidates to be considered when adjunct and/or substitute instructors are needed to teach Diagnostic Medical Sonography courses. Needs may become available prior to or during each semester.

Documented experience in supervision, instruction, evaluation, student guidance, and educational theories and techniques. This may include completed college courses, seminars, or in-service sessions on topic including, but not limited to, learning theory, curriculum design, test construction, teaching methodology, or assessment techniques.
ARDMS Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) certification preferred

Prior teaching or training experience preferred.

Seeking a colleague to deliver engaging, hands-on instruction within our B.S. in Video Production program, a program with a proven track record of placing graduates in their fields. The primary teaching responsibilities will be at the undergraduate level, with potential opportunities for graduate-level instruction. The successful candidate will guide students through a career-defining curriculum focused on creating professional commercial content. All course delivery is in-person and meets the rigorous standards of our NASAD accreditation.

Contribute to and lead future Capstone Client projects, guiding students through the entire production process from client brief to final delivery.

Required Qualifications:
A terminal degree (MFA) or bachelor's degree with at least 5 years relevant industry experience.
Portfolio of video production work/scholarly research in video production.
Evidence of teaching potential in university-level courses in video production.
Proficiency in industry-standard software and hardware for digital image capture, editing, and compositing and experience with contemporary video production techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:
Clear interest in advancing student learning in video production in alignment with UW-Stout's polytechnic mission.
Completed terminal degree (M.F.A., Ph.D., or equivalent) in Video Production, Film Production, Media Arts, or another related field.
