Essential Functions:

The Technical Training Specialist conducts training programs for Class A students as assigned by the leadership team. Prepares students for the state CDL exam. Will facilitate coursework and behind the wheel training as required via the DOT and/or state regulators.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Leads the overall CDL certification program for students at Superior Pipeline Services

Coordinates with supervisors and employees to ensure that required field training is implemented.
Coordinates with the Safety Manager to design and execute the behind the wheel portion of the certification program.
Maintain all DQ Files.
Communicates and represents the organization to clients, the public, government, and other external sources as needed.
Conducts knowledge and performance post training field evaluations as needed.
Maintains up to date knowledge of best practices, standards, guidelines, technology, and equipment.
May be required to travel between Organizations to facilitate in class and behind the wheel training.
Attends Roadside Violation and other Vehicle Post Incident reviews.
Performs corrective driver re-training and road tests.

- All of our lessons are taught in a Coastline Car and recorded with a dashboard camera for the safety of you and your student

Position Responsibilities:
Teach private and semi-private lessons using Bach to Rock curriculum and cover song arrangements
Utilize proprietary programming on school iPads to record lesson observations, assignments, repertoire and other notes
Create an encouraging, fun, and focused lesson atmosphere
Assess a students readiness to join a band or ensemble
Assist at school events on premises and local off premises sites
May repair equipment as needed and able.

Position Overview
The University of North Texas at Dallas invites applications for Psychology Adjunct Instructor Positions for Academic Year 2025-2026. The successful candidate will be expected to achieve excellence in teaching and to assist in further development of the UNT Dallas Department of Psychology.

Minimum Qualifications
* Master's degree in Psychology with at least 18 graduate hours in Psychology.
* Demonstrated experience in developing and instructing courses in Psychology.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Adjunct faculty plans courses and implements and evaluates teaching/learning objectives and student learning outcomes. Adjunct faculty undertakes the divisional and professional responsibilities of a part-time faculty member, including office hours. The successful applicant will be expected to provide instruction in a range of undergraduate Psychology courses, including Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Introduction to Learning and Memory, Statistics in Psychology, and Psychophysiology, among others.
Preferred Qualifications
* Ph.D. in Psychology with significant experience in higher education.
* Successful experience teaching adults in a post-secondary institution.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Experience teaching and developing courses.
