RESPONSIBILITIES Teaching Load: The Site Coordinator carries a variable teaching load throughout the 12-month academic year, resulting in a level of documented learner satisfaction and demonstrated success in achieving program and student learning outcomes. Teaching Role: Teach a representative course load for a full-time 12-month faculty. Teaching maybe in a combination of clinical, lab, and/or didactic education. Assists in development and maintenance of strong and positive relationships within the clinical sites and health care community. Evaluates sites to support student learning for all clinical experiences, including behavioral health, maternal-child care, population health, and other courses. Provides input and recommendations about those sites to the BSN Program Lead. Schedules student learning experiences within approved clinical sites and assures that leadership and staff are prepared to receive students and support their learning.
