RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain an organized, safe, and stable learning environment. Follow lesson plans, implement active learning activities, and teach occupational skills and competencies. Utilize in-class assessment tools/techniques to measure student progress. Record and submit grades and attendance (tardiness and absences) daily, per provided instructions. Demonstrate professional worker characteristics and interpersonal skills. Coordinate all disciplinary issues with the VP of Academics and Compliance. Be responsible for and maintain inventory control of equipment, tools, and supplies assigned to the classroom and lab. Report loss or damage immediately. SPECIFIC DUTIES Adhere to the school calendar and daily class schedule. Start and end class at designated time. Check and respond to emails twice daily (minimum).
