JOB DESCRIPTION
Located in Blaine, Minnesota School of Music delivers personalized music lessons for kids and teens in a welcoming, family-friendly environment. As an employee run organization, our company is committed to helping every instructor reach their teaching potential. To start, we offer 8 hours of paid training to kickstart instructor success. From there, we offer ongoing professional development, paid sick leave, unemployment insurance, and worker's comp insurance. SCHEDULE
Wednesday and Thursday: 3:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (Optional)

RESPONSIBILITIES
To deliver personalized, one-on-one, 30-minute music lessons using a company-approved curriculum
To perform duties in accordance with company education and customer service standards
To keep student progress records
To prepare students for and participate in seasonal recitals
To participate in student achievement program
To participate in company Professional Development System
