Clinical responsibilities are shared among the members of the ID division and include daily rounding on a busy inpatient service with trainees and an ID- PharmD. We have a very active hospital epidemiology service and members of the division are actively involved in IP&C and antimicrobial stewardship. Our group is highly collaborative, working closely with colleagues in other sub-specialty divisions as well as with the epidemiologists and ID physicians throughout the New York-Presbyterian 9 acute care campus system.
