Faculty have a 3:3 daytime, in-person teaching load with limited or no summer commitments in a setting where innovative, student-centered instruction is highly valued. Faculty each have their own research assistant, available collaboration with our Data Science department on methodology, and department mentoring to develop their own research program. Minimum Qualifications: Candidates must have a doctorate in the area of Counselor Education and Supervision prior to starting employment at Westminster.
