QUALIFICATIONS Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby. Experience working in facilities maintenance can be a big plus but is not required. An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do.
