We are looking for a skilled Insulator to join our team. Responsibilities may include:
Insulation, set up trial insulation for first article inspection by supervisor or work leader, record material type and quantities on insulation card, procure cut and apply material designated by work order to first article, upon approval distribute or delegate materials and insulation method to operators, must be competent to set up cutting board, sleeving cutter.
Insulation material cutter-cut material to insulation spec or set up coil requirement, be able to identify correct material, measure and cut so that material is used efficiently off master rolls.
Tape/sleeve/lead-tape and sleeve leads according to insulation card and install lead separators as required.
Cell Wrapper-apply wrapper material to coil or bar centered and without wrinkles or voids using approved adhesives in the correct direction.
Taper-apply tape to coils according to manufacturing sheet, proven ability to butt laps, regular lap, half lap, and 2/3 lap all types of tape is necessary, identify tape types and adhesives, apply tape to knuckled, leads, diamonds, and slots as required.
Abide by and conform to all company rules and policies.
Follow all safety directives and work in a safe manner.
Maintain good housekeeping standards around work station

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Solar Installer to join the team here at Zeo Energy/Sunergy! Watts installed pay structure, paid biweekly on Fridays. Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Solar Installer to join the team here at Sunergy! You will be working directly with experienced professionals and will be expected to assemble, install, and maintain solar photovoltaic (PV) systems.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Assembles and installs solar panels on roofs and other structures
Configures PV systems based on site conditions and customers needs and expectations
Follows building standards and codes when installing panels and support structures
Ensures that equipment is weather sealed
Keeps a clean and safe job site
Works cooperatively with team members to complete projects in a timely manner
Performs routine maintenance on PV systems
Performs other related duties as assigned by the supervisor
Required Skills/Abilities:
Knowledge of PV equipment and installation is preferred
Ability to use hand and power tools to install PV panels
Ability to follow and adhere to safety requirements
Must have reliable transportation to the shop every day
Physical Requirements:
Must be comfortable working at heights
Prolonged periods of kneeling, bending, crouching, and climbing ladders
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds regularly
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed

Experienced Residential Remodeler - W2
Cleveland, OH
Position: Residential Remodeler Location: Cleveland, OHSchedule: Monday-Friday with a start time of 6:30 AM Who We Are: West Shore Home is a technology-driven and industry-leading home improvement company specializing in high-quality and convenient remodels of Bathrooms, Flooring, Windows, and Doors. Purpose of Position:
The Installer will assist in performing safe and effective installations following all Company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE protocol while providing customers with a 5-star experience.
Key Role Accountabilities:
Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
Travel to customer's home, greet them, and establish rapport
Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed
Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer's home
Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse
Minimum Requirements:
Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction - or a hunger to learn!
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication

Compensation:
The approximate hourly for this position is $17-$20 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Installs piping by measuring, cutting, bending, shaping, fabricating, threading, soldering, and gluing pipe using hand tools and equipment; insulates piping.
Maintains piping by conducting operating tests, identifying, and repairing problems.
Documents actions by completing records.
Keeps tools and equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical professional publications.
Accomplishes maintenance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:
Knowledge of piping systems including layouts, print reading, flanges, manways, gaskets, steam traps and tubing.
Relief valves and general valve maintenance.
Oxy-Act torch experience, relief valves and general valve maintenance.
Special skill of pipe welding is a plus.
General knowledge of pumps, compressors, agitators, bearings, and seals.
Must be available to work over 8 hours/day and over 40 hours/week.
