Who you are:
As a Producer, you'll screen leads and conduct client and prospect meetings to determine if Frost Insurance is the right fit for their needs. Job Description
The Personal Lines Producer role is a sales-first, onsite position designed for individuals who are competitive, money-motivated, and comfortable closing. This role is ideal for a bilingual (English/Spanish) professional who enjoys talking to people, overcoming objections, and asking for the sale even if you are new to insurance.
You will work a mix of provided leads, existing clients, and self-generated opportunities, with strong demand from Spanish-speaking households. Your focus is to identify needs, present solutions, and close new business while building a long-term book with Allstate.
Responsibilities
Sell Auto, Home, and related personal lines products to new and existing clients
Conduct confident sales conversations in English and Spanish by phone, in person, and digitally
Work provided leads while actively self-generating business through referrals, community involvement, and relationships
Overcome objections, follow up consistently, and guide clients to confident buying decisions
Cross-sell and round accounts to increase household value, retention, and commissions
Quote, bind, and issue policies in compliance with underwriting and documentation standards
Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and client records in the agency system
Qualifications
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred comfortable selling in Spanish

The core of our success begins with our lead system. We are able to find ready to buy consumers. We currently have more leads than we have agents to go see them. This means our agents don't have to spend their time prospecting. No cold calling, no selling family, and friends, no networking meetings.
We primary write simplified issued products. No blood, No urine, No paramed exam required. This also cuts down on the time it takes for the policies to get issued. The average time to issue is 2-4 business days. We get paid straight from the carrier same day as the policy is issued.
