Requirements Active New Jersey Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required) Minimum 3-5 years of experience in both personal lines and commercial lines insurance Strong understanding of New Jersey-specific insurance laws and regulations Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written) Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills Proficiency with agency management systems and insurance quoting platforms Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Deep knowledge of the New Jersey insurance market, including regional risks, carrier options, and client demographics Experience with multiple insurance carriers and a wide variety of policy types Background in customer retention and upselling/cross-selling strategies Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools
