What's the job?
We're hiring a goal-driven and customer-focused Commercial Lines Producer to join the growing sales team at Trucker Path Insurance (TPI). In this role, you'll work directly with truckers to understand their risk management needs and provide tailored insurance solutions that support their business and livelihood. You'll manage a mix of inbound and outbound leads, develop strong customer relationships, and help scale our sales operations as part of a dynamic and fast-moving team.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Commercial Lines Producer will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and building TPI's reputation as a trusted partner for truck drivers across the country.

What's the work location?
You'll be based out of our stunning, light-filled headquarters in Northern Charleston, a space designed for collaboration, creativity, and connection. You'll work in-office five days a week ensuring you have ongoing access to real-time collaboration, coaching, and the energy of the team as you continue to grow and deliver great work. Our standard office hours are 9am - 5pm, daily.

Start with a $40,000 base salary and get ready to earn more, commissions kick in once you've officially completed the nesting period.
First-year earnings? Top performers typically bring in $70,000 to $130,000+, and there's no cap on what you can earn. The more you hustle, the more you take home!
