RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist management and Sales and Customer Care Agents with daily tasks and organization
Greeting Customers in the office and answering several phone calls per day - phone etiquette is imperative.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
Promote successful and long-lasting customer relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Experience managing client relationships is preferred
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
Dedicated to customer service
Property and Casualty license required - can be obtained within 30 days of hire.
