(65‑75%) * Foster referral relationships with all real estate personnel including agents, office managers and mortgage brokers to maximize sales opportunities. Qualifications Education: * Associate's degree or equivalent work experience and knowledge; bachelor's degree preferred. Experience: * Two years' successful personal lines insurance sales experience. Knowledge and Skills: * Excellent sales and marketing skills. * Working knowledge of insurance agency operations, coverages, rates, markets and applicable insurance laws/codes. * Working knowledge of risk assessment and risk management techniques. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills. * Excellent automation, time management, and organizational skills. * Knowledge of real estate, title, and/or mortgage businesses preferred. * Appropriate state agent/broker personal lines insurance license.
