Coordinate all pre-renewal work completed by other team members such as the renewal information kit prepared by the account specialist
Execute agreed plan established at the pre-renewal meeting including:
Manage the timeline established during the pre-renewal meeting
Send submission with coverage specifications
Negotiate options
Confirm compliance or exceptions to requested coverage
Complete and/or review renewal report (including coverage and rating plan analyses and other analytical functions)
Participate in meeting to present renewal terms/options to the client.
In coordination with the Account Specialist, review all renewal documents including: Binders, Confirmation of Coverage, Insurance program chart, Sagitta input, and Master Certificates including endorsements
Throughout process, Broker is responsible for maintaining all files and electronic records per company policy.
In coordination with Account Specialist, collect all policies and review findings after Policy Manager has completed the review of the policies.
Handle day-to-day client services including but not limited to: Handle and document mid-term requests such as policy endorsements, provide risk review of contracts, and answer coverage questions.
Advocate/assist with client audits and requests corrections as necessary
Actively participate in and supports Greyling training endeavors
Coordination of the team associated with the client consisting of the following:
Account Specialist
Contracts & Risk Analyst
Accounting
Certificate Specialist
Support work related to new client acquisition such as coverage analysis and report preparation
Support Senior Client Advisor and Client Executive as much as possible; free up their time enabling higher level client service
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Skills & Qualifications:
Must have 5+ years of experience in working with an Insurance Brokerage.
Experience in placing insurance for companies in Architect, Engineering & Construction industries is highly desirable.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires teamwork, demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
Educational requirement:
Bachelor's degree preferred - experience equivalent will be considered
Broker's P&C license is required
Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with an agency management system such as Sagitta is a plus.

The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Serve as the go to resource for bringing warm leads to close. Serve as the face of the company to partner retail brokers across the country.
Visit partner brokers on site. Deepen, maintain and forge ongoing relationships with partner brokerages.
Develop / refine a process based methodology to closing potential leads.
Maintain a strong pulse on the P&C market - provide management with on the ground insight into new opportunities, market niches and industry trends.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Possess deep knowledge (5-10 years) of commercial property and casualty insurance experience (you know the players, the language, who would be looking for our product and who is not).
Deep experience selling wholesale program insurance products to retail brokerages.
Have superb interpersonal skills as well as highly developed, process based sales and closing skills.
Be energetic, highly-motivated, and persistent.
Be open to travel (at least 10 days per month).
