Onboard incoming and retain existing clients via a variety of customer service tasks, such as appointment booking, and responding to inquiries regarding billing, coverage, eligibility, and insurance policies
Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience
Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims
Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date

We primary write simplified issued products. No blood, No urine, No paramed exam required. This also cuts down on the time it takes for the policies to get issued. The average time to issue is 2-4 business days. We get paid straight from the carrier same day as the policy is issued.
Because our agents aren't spending their time prospecting we spend most of our time meeting with clients and focusing on income-generating activities.
