The MarketPoint Career Channel Team is looking for skilled Medicare Field SalesAgents. This is a field-based role, and candidates must live in the designated territory to effectively serve their local community. As part of a collaborative team of 8-12 Medicare SalesAgents, you'll work under the guidance of a Senior Manager and Regional Director who are committed to your success. Required Qualifications
* Active Health Insurance License required.
* Must reside in Southern Hillsborough county.
* Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members' homes, at community-based events and engaging with the community through service, organizations, volunteer work or local events.
* Valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits (or higher, based on state requirements).
Preferred Qualifications
* Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License.
* Prior experience selling Medicare products.
* Experience in public speaking or delivering presentations to groups.
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
* Experience using Microsoft Office tools such as Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both languages.

Pay Range

What You'll Do as an InsuranceSalesAgent
Responsible for the sale and service of ACG branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products within an ACG branch.

The core of our success begins with our lead system. We are able to find ready to buy consumers. We currently have more leads than we have agents to go see them. This means our agents don't have to spend their time prospecting. No cold calling, no selling family, and friends, no networking meetings.
We primary write simplified issued products. No blood, No urine, No paramed exam required. This also cuts down on the time it takes for the policies to get issued. The average time to issue is 2-4 business days. We get paid straight from the carrier same day as the policy is issued.
Because our agents aren't spending their time prospecting we spend most of our time meeting with clients and focusing on income-generating activities.
