Sales and Client Management:
Salesagents are expected to meet a minimum monthly target of $60,000 in new business premium.
Regularly contact the lost business list, unsold quotes nearing renewal, and monoline accounts for reviews and rounding opportunities by using Smart Cycle in Agency Zoom.
Market all accounts effectively and present tailored proposals.

Marketing and Branding Support:
Share and participate in agency social media activities.
Contribute to agency branding efforts, including participating in photoshoots when invited.
Aim to obtain 5 new client testimonials monthly.
Administrative Duties and Client Communication:
Utilize the management system as instructed, recording all client interactions and updates.
Respond promptly (the same business day) to queries from account managers.
Actively seek referrals from clients and follow up with new business 30 days post-sale.
