Primary Duties: Advisor - New Sales Identify and develop a base of prospective clients by using referrals, occupational, and special interest groups. Respond to referrals quickly and effectively. Retain an agreed upon percentage of accounts each year. Continue to develop relationships with insureds. Develop positive and professional relationships with carriers/ underwriters/representatives.
