JOB PURPOSE:
Outside SalesRepresentatives focus on meeting the major needs of solar installers by gaining an understanding of the big-picture issues their customer is facing and continue to track their needs over time. They work to find solutions for their customers that incorporate their company's products and services. The Outside SalesRepresentative role provides customers with technical ins and outs of solar-electric (PV) systems and components, both sold by us and by our competitors, to provide extraordinary business insight and design and sales support.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan and execute sales strategy and action plans in order to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
Establish, build and foster meaningful business relationships within your region in collaboration with other team members.
Participate in sales blitzes and other sales and marketing events in order to produce impactful results.
Accountable for decisions that support BayWa inventory health and customer needs (win/win deal making)

We are proud our sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your first 60 days of employment.
Employees accrue paid time off each pay period at a rate of no less than 40 hours per year for their first year and 80 hours per year each year thereafter. You are entitled to minimum requirements for paid sick leave under appropriate state law if applicable.
