The Specialty SalesRepresentative is primarily responsible for achieving sales forecast and gaining access of promoted products and, subsequently, sales of products within assigned territory. This is accomplished by establishing mutually beneficial, long-term business relationships with influential residents, fellows, attending physicians, pharmacists, and healthcare providers key to the sales success of promoted products. The Specialty SalesRepresentative is also responsible for coordinating sales strategies with appropriate teammates to maximize sales in assigned territory. These sales strategies will be implemented through both in-person and remote selling and may vary based on local market need, opportunity, and territory size. The position reports into the Regional Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
▪ Achieve daily sales call activity/client deliverables by gaining access to prescribing decision makers and influencing purchasing decisions
▪ Maintain and update current and prospective target prescriber profiles
▪ Keep current with knowledge and understanding of all assigned products, disease states, treatment and market knowledge and competitive products
▪ Maintain a professional image for IBSA Pharma
▪ Participate in all required training and sales meetings
▪ Plan and organize territory to meet sales and detail target prescribers
▪ Produce high quality territory management activities, including pre-call planning, material inventory, call reports and expense reports
▪ (If applicable), maintain sample inventories, distribute samples, comply with sample accountability procedures and policies, comply with the Prescription Drug Marketing Act of 1987 (“PDMA”)
▪ Make complete, accurate and timely submission of all time-keeping, details, call activity, expense reports, and sample activity when applicable
▪ Compliance with Promotional Program, and proper use of promotional materials and promotional expense budgets
▪ Participate or coordinate all meetings, as appropriate
▪ Have appropriate interaction with co-promotional partners or counterparts, if applicable
Qualifications
▪ Bachelor's Degree (4 years B.A., B.S. or equivalent) from an accredited institution
▪ Minimum of two years of B2B sales experience and/or direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in pharmaceutical, biotech, device or healthcare preferred. Experience selling to or working in a healthcare environment (office, medical center, telemarketing pharmaceutical sales) a strong plus and preferred
▪ Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives (top 10%, President's Club Winner)
▪ Strong negotiation skills and persuasive communication style, strategic thinking & planning skills, and superior organization
▪ Possesses fortitude to sell and compete
▪ Excellent oral (presentation and communication), written, interpersonal skills
▪ Residence within the geography is required
▪ Daly and/or overnight travel required
▪ Participation in training and development programs while abiding by all industry and corporate policies and procedures.

Primary Care Sales Consultant - Memphis S and N, TN
PURPOSE
Primary Care Sales Consultant (SC) is accountable for implementing the sales strategies for an approved Cardiorenal product. You will further drive launch activities for an anticipated launch for menopause. Responsibilities of the role include driving demand, clinical education and sales by developing, coordinating, and implementing a strategic business plan for Primary Care Physicians, primarily in the Community settings.
The position reports to the CVR Area General Manager (AGM) and will be an integral part of the Area Customer Squad, collaborating closely with Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services, and other internal partners, as appropriate, to drive the US Pharma outcomes.
The span of coverage will be within the Memphis, TN metro area. Travel up to 50% within the territory. The position is residence based and candidate must be domiciled within the territory.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Primary Care Sales Consultant are to:
Build and develop professional relationships with (but not limited to) primary care, pharmacy staff, within assigned customers;
Drive appropriate utilization of approved CV and menopause products; the incumbent will work closely with the Customer Squad to generate pull-through within local payers, community HCPs;
Leverage expertise and knowledge of diabetes and menopause marketplace, applicable competitors, industry and cross-functional activities/plans to anticipate and effectively manage business opportunities and challenges;
Provide relevant, thoughtful input to other commercial colleagues (e.g. sales leadership, regional account managers) in regard to strategic and tactical planning for territory, area, and region;
Develop and implement effective customer specific business plans; communicates insights to internal stakeholders;
Prioritize time and effort to ensure optimal coverage of appropriate physician specialists based on opportunity and potential;
Understand fully the assigned customers' product and business needs and works to meet those needs while adhering to all of Bayer company ethics and compliance standards;
Anticipate potential barriers to achievement of goals and proposes responsible solutions for success;
Handle customer objections effectively and exceed customer expectations with the value they bring to physicians. Occasionally will be called on to share your exemplary skills with others in the region in a training capacity;
Leverage and embrace emerging technologies to enhance performance, while continuously striving to improve your proficiency;
Understand and comply with pharmaceutical industry guidelines and regulations and apply high ethical standard in day-to-day work.
WHO YOU ARE
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant sales experience in competitive landscapes in lieu of a Bachelor's degree;
Proven track record of consistent high performance in a sales role or other relevant experience;
Proven track record in developing long-standing relationships with customers;
Outstanding written and oral communication skills;
Demonstrated leadership and foster an environment that promotes ethical behavior and compliance with company policies and applicable laws;
Ability to comply with any customer credentialing and safety requirements (e.g., up-to-date vaccinations, trainings);
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
An advanced degree is a plus;
5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales;
In depth knowledge in the cardiovascular and/or diabetes and/or menopause disease states;
Product launch experience;
Strong analytical and computer capabilities;
Virtual Sales Experience;
Strong local relationships with HCPs and understanding of local market.
Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $120,960.00 to $181,440.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.
This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.

The Memphis Redbirds are seeking enthusiastic, driven, and energetic individuals to join our inside sales team. This entry-level, seasonal position is responsible for assisting the Ticket Sales Department in reaching sales goals through outbound calls to local businesses, churches, schools, and organizations in an effort to sell season memberships, suites, and group outings at AutoZone Park for the Memphis Redbirds. Providing superior customer service is critical in every interaction with potential or current guests of the ballpark. Main Responsibilities:

Develop new leads through cold calling, utilization of KORE CRM, and referrals from clients.
Renew, service and sell Season Ticket Memberships and Mini Plan packages
Renew and service designated group outings from the 2024 season.
Develop, plan, and sell Group Theme Nights
Sell, coordinate, and execute new group outings.
Assist the Box Office on a daily basis
Provide excellent customer service to all existing and potential clients.
Actively research and prospect new sales leads.
Handle incoming calls from prospective and existing clients.
Be on call to push/pull the tarp and set up Saturday/holiday fireworks.
Assist other departments on an as-needed basis
Represent the organization in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree, or working toward a degree
Absolutely must be a self-starter
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Strong interest in baseball & sports
Strong organization and time management skills; ability to multitask
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
