    Full-time Description Overview of the Role As a remote Outbound Sales Specialist in our call center, you will be the first point of contact for prospective patients interested in CGM devices. Your role is to provide exceptional service, educate patients, verify insurance, and guide them through the enrollment process. This is a fast-paced, phone-based role ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for patient care. Essential Duties and Responsibilities MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH Call Handling: Manage 400+ inbound and outbound calls daily, engaging with warm leads and prospective patients. Compliance: Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain strict confidentiality of patient information. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
