Chris Lafond is CEO of Insurity and oversees all aspects of operations and strategic direction. He brings to Insurity more than 20 years of executive management experience.

Jatin Atre is the Chief Marketing Officer for Insurity, leading the company’s marketing, demand generation, and brand building functions.

Jatin has a strong history of building turnkey go-to-market teams-from hiring initial team members to managing dozens of employees across multiple geographies. Prior to joining Insurity, Jatin held the role of Chief Marketing Officer & Chief Product Officer at CentralSquare. Under his leadership, the CentralSquare marketing team increased qualified pipeline by more than 20 times, launched a new brand, and managed communications across complex mergers and acquisitions. He is also at the forefront of building low-cost, high-velocity digital marketing programs that directly impact revenue and bookings.

Earlier in his career, Jatin served as Senior Vice President of Marketing at APT, where he developed effective marketing programs that brought together campaign-automation platforms, digital marketing, content marketing, and account-based marketing, streamlining lead-to-revenue management.

Jatin also brings deep experience in mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and IPO processes, and has held corporate leadership roles in large and complex M&A deals.

Jatin received his master’s and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Pennsylvania.

Jonathan Victor is the Chief Information Officer of Insurity. He oversees all of Insurity’s SaaS implementations and manages the build, run, and evolution of the company’s cloud platforms. He came to Insurity as part of the company’s acquisition of Oceanwide, where he began in 2005, and assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer in 2014.

Craig Campestre is a Chief Sales Officer at Insurity and is based in Greater New York City Area. He has worked as Senior Director at Excel Telecommunications, Head of New Business Development at Elkins McSherry, and Assistant Vice President (AVP) at STATE STREET CORP. Craig works or has worked as Head of Sales at FIDELITY NATIONAL FINANCIAL, INC.. He attended Watchung Hills Regional High School between 1992 and 1995 and Lynn University between 1998 and 2001.

Ivan Latanision is Insurity’s Chief Product Officer. He leads the company’s product management team, which is responsible for the company’s product vision and strategy, as well as delivery of the company’s product roadmap.

Prior to Insurity, Ivan was the Chief Product Officer at Tangoe, where he led the company’s product management organization of product managers, product owners, UX/UI designers, product operations, learning and development, and technical writers across seven sites in the US, Romania, and India. Prior to Tangoe, Ivan was the Head of Product at Medidata Solutions. In this role, Ivan led Medidata’s product management organization-which consisted of product managers, product owners, business analysts, and UX/UI designers in New York, San Francisco, London, and Japan-for Medidata’s industry-leading cloud platform and portfolio of more than 40 innovative technology and data analytics products. Earlier in his career, Ivan held the roles of VP Product Management and Strategy at Sparta Systems, Chief Product Officer at INTTRA, and Chief Technology Officer for ThomsonReuters subsidiary SourceMedia.

Ivan holds an MBA from Rutgers University and Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Ken Safft is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Insurity. Ken has been a strategic HR leader in a variety of industries for the past 20 years. Since joining Insurity in 2010, Ken has managed all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, organizational development, compensation, and performance management. Additionally, Ken has responsibility for managing Insurity’s properties and facilities.
