Reporting to the Sr. Program Managers, Client Experience, the Client Experience Intern will be responsible for working on cross-department projects that focus on client engagement initiatives.
An ideal candidate will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to proactively support efforts that unify the client experience across departments and apply strong problem-solving skills to deliver effective solutions.
What you'll do:
Coordinate with marketing on creation and design for client event materials
Participate in client event wrap up and brainstorming for future events
Report on event attendees' engagement with post-event materials
Assist in moderating DealCloud Community, including but not limited to reporting on items that need attention or follow up
Report and review analytics on DealCloud Community usage, and recommend actions to help increase engagement
Work alongside R&D Ops to report and analyze usage data, then identify Pendo guides that will help to increase usage
Analyze existing usage data and identify targeted Pendo guides for different segments of clients
Continue to edit and advance the CX department SharePoint site
Other duties as assigned
What you will need:
Currently a Junior or Senior pursuing your Bachelor's degree
Interest in strategy, consulting, CX, and CSAT within a SaaS company
Able to comfortably dive into any area of the business or product, understand business needs, and facilitate decisions based on changing priorities
Interest in business process optimization, change management, and client relationship management
Analytical/quantitative skills and process-oriented mindset
Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Key job responsibilities

Intapp is looking for a Client Success Analyst intern to handle client inquiries and add-on projects while providing a high level of support to the Intapp DealCloud platform user community. You will work closely with our Client Success team to ensure a seamless experience with the Intapp DealCloud platform. In this role you will hone your organizational skills and learn the art of prioritization to treat all clients like they are your only one.
What you will do:
Assist the team with client questions regarding training, platform configuration, workflow and new processes
Analyze success metrics to determine adoption trends and collaborate with Client Success Managers on how to improve adoption for specific clients
Join in on calls with clients
Work on small projects surrounding data cleanup, reporting/analysis on trends within client requests, and/or documenting how-to knowledge articles
What you will need:
Some working knowledge of Excel (V Look Up, Pivot Tables, Calculations and Formulas etc.) and competency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office suite required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to work effectively in partnership with clients
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Excellent organizational skills and an effective planner
In 3rd year of undergraduate business or other related degrees. Preferred majors, minors and concentrations include, Business, Finance, Communications, Economics, Management Information Systems

Responsibilities
Design, implement, and support enterprise WLAN solutions using Cisco Meraki and Juniper Mist.
Conduct predictive, active, and passive wireless surveys utilizing tools such as Ekahau or AirMagnet.
Develop and maintain wireless architecture documentation including high-level and low-level designs.
Perform RF design, channel planning, and power tuning to optimize performance and capacity.
Lead wireless network deployments, upgrades, and ongoing optimization processes.
Monitor and troubleshoot wireless networks using Meraki Dashboard and Mist AI analytics.
Implement WLAN security features such as WPA2/WPA3-Enterprise, 802.1X, and RADIUS, along with VLAN segmentation and QoS strategies.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of relevant experience in wireless network design and deployment.
Proven expertise with Cisco Meraki and Juniper Mist wireless platforms.
Experience conducting wireless surveys and RF planning.
Strong understanding of WLAN security protocols, VLAN configuration, and network troubleshooting.
Ability to develop detailed architecture documentation.
Familiarity with wireless monitoring and analytics tools.
Desired Skills
Experience with wireless capacity planning and performance tuning.
