Overview:
INTECON is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Admin Specialist to provide high-level executive and programmatic support to the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Office of the Director, with direct alignment to the Component Acquisition Executive (CAE) Staff. Key Responsibilities:
Executive-Level Administrative Support:
Manage calendar and scheduling for senior leadership, including the CAE and Front Office.
Coordinate travel arrangements and process travel vouchers using DTS.
Draft, edit, and proofread high-level correspondence, reports, and staff packages.
Serve as the liaison between the CAE staff and internal/external stakeholders.
Support meeting logistics: prepare agendas, take minutes, track action items, and follow up.
Program Support:
Track acquisition-related documents, contract actions, and program deliverables.
Ensure documentation meets DoD standards and formatting guidelines.
Assist in the preparation of documentation such as Acquisition Strategies, SOWs, and Task Orders.
Maintain SharePoint sites and document repositories.
Task and Correspondence Management:
Operate the Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) to assign, track, and finalize internal and external tasks.
Review and consolidate responses from various DCSA offices to ensure alignment with CAE priorities and DoD standards.
Provide guidance on task management procedures and ensure timely completion of taskers.
Operational Coordination & Strategic Communication:
Support coordination of high-level meetings, conferences, and events (e.g., retirements, orientations).
Prepare briefing materials, decision support documents, and talking points for the CAE and Director.
Develop visual and written communication products (e.g., charts, infographics, policies, standard operating procedures).
Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and capture process improvements or risks.
Other Duties:
Assist with onboarding/offboarding of personnel and training coordination.
Maintain office supply inventories and requisition support.
Provide backup executive assistant support across the DCSA Front Office as needed.
Clearance Requirements:
Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance is required; TS/SCI clearance is preferred.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field is required.
Equivalent years of experience or relevant certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Advanced education or training in administrative support, task management, or related disciplines is preferred.
10+ years of high-level administrative experience supporting DoD, Federal Agency, or large-scale corporate environments.
5+ years of experience in calendar management, scheduling, and prioritization of senior-level tasks.
3+ years of experience managing task management systems (Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS), JIRA, SharePoint, ServiceNow) to coordinate assignments and maintain records.
2+ years of direct executive support experience in a high-visibility, mission-critical environment.

What You'll Need to Succeed:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related technical field with 8+ years of relative software experience, including:
5+ years (post-college) developing embedded software for microcontrollers
6+ years(post-college) developing software in C, with a solid understanding of ANSI C, common data structures and memory management techniques
4+ years using Linux command-line interfaces
Demonstrated expertise in asynchronous, event-driven programming paradigms,
Extensive experience designing embedded systems using preemptive, multitasking, real-time operating systems
Strong knowledge of OSI model, networking protocols, interfaces, and hardware subsystems.
Comprehensive knowledge of communication protocols such as UART, SPI, and I2C
Hands-on experience in reading schematics and data sheets for components
Experience benchmarking algorithm performance for embedded systems using a combination of software and hardware techniques
Ability to proactively seek assistance when needed
Strong focus on continuously improving skills and acquiring new knowledge

Hands-on experience with signal analysis tools such as Wireshark
