You can learn a lot quickly and get involved in different projects and functions. There's the perks of a large corporation, but you still can make a difference and are not just a tiny cog in a machine.
The culture is not a great one, and not many of the people care about the patients, quality, or about integrity. The culture is more heavy on covering things up instead of emphasizing transparency. There is also very high turnover, HR does not perform as they should, and most of the new folks do not get properly trained.
