Experience with home health coordination, durable medical equipment coordination, care transitions, or UM decision/notification workflows. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting and selling Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs), insulin pumps, and related diabetes management products to endocrinology practices and other healthcare providers. As a front-line representative of our company, you will play a critical role in improving patient outcomes by connecting providers with the latest in diabetes care technology. Duties and Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with endocrinologists, diabetes educators, and other key decision-makers within assigned territories.
