The Director of Sales, Surgical Indirect Channel is responsible for achieving sales goals and marketing objectives for our Bone Graft Substitutes product portfolio, while operating within policies/procedures and assigned expense budgets. Engages with distributors, sets regional sales strategy, negotiates contracts and partners at field level. What you'll be doing
* Manage and develop a team to achieve and deliver revenue goals for each product category on a quarterly and annual basis in the defined geography.
* Develops the business plan for the assigned products to meet or exceed area financial sales and marketing objectives. Creates and manages intelligence gathering capability for the area marketplace to ensure that objectives are met. Directs tactical implementation of business plan to meet objectives.
* Participates in strategic planning and sales forecasting. Provides market insights, trends, competitive activity and conditions. Recommends changes to strategic and tactical sales plans. Job Duties
* Responsible to follow requirements of our Quality Management System; including but not limited to requirements for acceptance criteria, storage and traceability of product both inbound and outbound and the requirement to report any non-conformances to leadership.
* Responsible for processing incoming deliveries including unloading trucks, sorting product/shipments, palletizing or re-palletizing products, confirming accuracy of incoming shipments against packing list, receiving product and put-away to assigned location.
* Responsible for picking, packing, shipping of customer orders with a high level of accuracy and efficiency, including accurately selecting products in accordance with customer order specifications.
* Participates in physical inventories and cycle count activities. Must adhere and follow written procedures to ensure inventory integrity.
* Require the ability to learn to operate various (manual and/or motorized) material handling equipment including electric and manual pallet jacks, work assist vehicle with proficiency and safety. Confirm that warehouse equipment is in good working condition before use.
* Accurately complete any records required of equipment operation. Notify supervisor or lead of any issues with warehouse equipment.

Job Description
The Network Security Manager is responsible for implementing and reviewing safeguards and compensating controls to maintain resilient network IT infrastructure and applications within both enterprise IT and manufacturing environments. Job Duties
* Lead the day-to-day activities of Network Security Operations function as a global security service within all regions.
* Direct and motivate a team of network security professionals, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to protect the Olympus network security infrastructure.

* In collaboration with our incident management teams, respond swiftly and effectively to operational and security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing data breaches.
* From a security perspective, assist in conductance of thorough investigations to identify root causes and implement preventive measures to prevent future incidents.
* Collaborate effectively with other teams to ensure comprehensive protection across the organization's IT infrastructure.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with various vendors & MSPs, ensuring the availability and optimal performance of security solutions.
* Proactively escalate issues to ensure timely resolution, minimizing disruptions and maintaining the integrity of our network security
* Act as an escalation point for support cases with various hardware / software vendors, telecom providers / carriers, MSPs, and work on the cases through complete resolution.
* Collaborate with the local/global IT teams to accomplish short- and long-term goals, manage & execute project plans, and actively engage with 3rd party vendor & MSP partners.
* Ensuring regional teams are appropriately skilled in IT Security, specific to Network Security Operations and providing recommendations to global
* IT Security Operations Head if upskilling is required.
* Collect regional network security operations KPIs and collating the information for leadership review and presentation.
* Initiate quarterly/mid-year/yearly reviews (as directed by HR) of Network Security team, provide feedback and assess growth potential.
* Proven ability to work independently without supervision.
* Must be a hands-on manager, provide operational support to the team.
* Willingness to work after hours in the event of a security breech or other emergency.

Job Qualifications
Required:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer science, technical academic education, comparable qualification or relevant work experience.

This role will primarily support iTind, an approved device for BPH. This role will be responsible for customer related engagement related to reimbursement conducting reimbursement and economics training and business reviews for the Olympus customers. * Daily engagement with US hospital and office administrators to review coding and payer coverage policies and decisions to enable physician and facility purchase decisions.

Required:

Manager, Quality Assurance External Manufacturing is responsible for managing the onboarding manufacturers of sourced finished medical device products to ensure products meet current Good Manufacturing Practices, applicable medical device regulatory requirements, and for supporting business development initiatives.

Job Description
This position will lead the design and execution of strategic, organization-wide change management initiatives that support successful transformation across the business. As part of the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team, this role serves as the lead change manager for assigned programs, partnering with senior leaders, program teams, and functional stakeholders to drive adoption, minimize resistance, and ensure readiness across impacted groups. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of change management methodologies and be able to work collaboratively with project teams to achieve the transformation goals. The Change Manager will focus on the people side of the transformation, developing and executing comprehensive change strategies, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans, to facilitate adoption of change.
Job Duties
* Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies for transformation projects, including communication, stakeholder engagement, and training plans.
* Conduct change impact assessments to understand how transformation initiatives will affect business processes, systems, and employees.
* Engage and manage key stakeholders to ensure alignment, buy-in, and support throughout the transformation journey. Monitor and address resistance to change, providing strategies and solutions to facilitate a smooth transition.
* Develop and implement change management plans tailored to the specific transformation program, focusing on communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption.
* Support and create communications to inform and engage employees and stakeholders about upcoming changes, partnering with others where needed and developing content directly when appropriate.
* Collaborate with project managers, HR, and other departments to align change management activities with project plans. Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to integrate change management activities with project plans.
* Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels, ensuring alignment, support, and commitment to the transformation goals.
* Create and deliver targeted communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about project progress, specific changes, and key milestones.
* Design training and enablement plans that equip employees with the knowledge and skills required for the change scope, and coordinate with learning teams to plan and track effectiveness of trainings.
* Track and measure the success of change management activities, ensuring employee readiness and adoption of new systems, structures, and ways of working. Ensure business readiness for handover for post-implementation stabilization and continuous improvement efforts.
Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in change management, preferably in large-scale transformation projects. Experience in complex, matrixed organizations and/or manufacturing industry a plus.
* Proven track record in successfully managing the people side of change for complex projects.
* Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter's 8-Step Process).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all organizational levels
* Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
* Experience in project management and organizational development is a plus.
* Proven ability to design and deliver effective change interventions for large, complex systems.
* Excellent levels of spoken and written English and experience preparing reports
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust and productive relationships
* Well-organized, with project management skills and an ability to establish and work to priorities

**Job Description**
The Global Vice President QARA Compliance provides assurance and manages all aspects of Regulatory Compliance. The focus will be over the implementation of the Global Quality Systems Processes, compliance with FDA CFR, Part 820, Quality System Regulation and ISO 13485 and all other applicable global regulatory requirements.

**Job Qualifications**
**Required:**
+ Minimum requirements are a BA/BS degree or equivalent.
+ Minimum 15 years of experience in Audit Assurance within the medical device industry with 7 years of specific leadership and/or management experience.
+ Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
+ Leadership and interpersonal skills to develop and manage good working relationships with internal departments (R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality etc).
+ Strong analytical skills, and the ability to analyze and identify trends and root causes.
+ Very strong risk/auditor skills - critical to evaluate remediation of issues and management's action plans.
+ Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with diverse cultural approach.

**Job Description**
This role will primarily support iTind, an approved device for BPH. This role will be responsible for customer related engagement related to reimbursement conducting reimbursement and economics training and business reviews for the Olympus customers. In conjunction with Olympus corporate reimbursement and sales and marketing teams, the candidate will implement the reimbursement and economic business plans with economic and administrative decision-makers.
**Job Duties**
+ Daily engagement with US hospital and office administrators to review coding and payer coverage policies and decisions to enable physician and facility purchase decisions.
+ Educate customers (physicians, purchasers, etc.) on reimbursement, coverage, coding, and Medicare payments.
+ Influence the purchasing and/or reimbursement decision-making processes at all levels, including Medical Directors, Clinical, Policy, and C-Suite executives, physicians, biller, revenue cycle manager, VAC Committee members and national/regional payers
+ Establish critical relationships with a variety of national stakeholders within geography: national and regional health plan medical directors, policy analysts, claims processing, key practice managers, state/national societies
+ Serve as strategic field lead to develop strategic implementation plans to influence targeted national/regional managed care customers to ensure favorable market access policy of Olympus supported products
+ Provide real-time resolution for reimbursement questions in the office and other settings of care. Educate customer about appropriate billing, prior authorization and denial resolution steps.
+ Provide customers with guidance on payer decision-making process including coverage policies and guidelines.
+ Educate customers about the benefit of Olympus Reimbursement support services and programs and steps to facilitate participation.
+ Assure consistent communication and collaboration with field sales teams to ensure proper prioritization of customer engagement and alignment of field-based reimbursement activities. Provide strategic reimbursement oversight in all targeted accounts
+ Lead reimbursement business reviews at key accounts and assist as necessary economic and reimbursement reviews in advance of VAC meetings.
+ Contribute to strategic discussions with Olympus Health Economics & Market Access, Reimbursement in the development and review of reimbursement and economic materials and programs. May include project leadership
+ Identify physicians to assist with reimbursement or payer coverage policy revisions.
+ Provide customer insights to back to corporate reimbursement and sales and regarding provider purchase decisions.

**Job Qualifications**
**Required:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
+ Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience is required.
+ Ability to educate customers on economic and reimbursement models.
+ Up to 50% travel.
**Preferred:**
+ Master's in Healthcare administration, MPH or MBA is preferred.
+ Medical device and/or Pharmaceutical experience in a field reimbursement and economics position, with responsibilities of educating physicians and practice administrators, billing departments regarding their understanding medical device coding, coverage and payment preferred.
+ Coding certifications are preferred. (e.g., AAPC CIC or CPC)
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.

**Job Duties**
+ Responsible to follow requirements of our Quality Management System; including but not limited to requirements for acceptance criteria, storage and traceability of product both inbound and outbound and the requirement to report any non-conformances to leadership.

+ Maintain an acceptable level of productivity and accuracy throughout each process.
+ Adhere to all company policies and procedures including safety and attendance.

**Job Qualifications**
**Required:**
+ High school diploma/GED or equivalent related work experience.
+ Minimum of 1-2 years of general warehouse/distribution work experience.
+ Ability operate Material Handling Equipment as needed. Experience preferred.
+ Basic Math Skills.
+ Read/Write English.
+ Ability to accurately read and interpret multi-digit alpha numeric part numbers/product attributes and differentiate between similar products to select appropriate product for processing throughout distribution.
+ Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
+ Ability to operate RF scanning device.
+ Ability to work in multiple systems.
+ Obtain Hazmat/ Lithium battery certification as needed.
+ Able to work overtime as needed to support the business needs.
