Our Client is looking for an expert Cognos Resource. This person will not write reports; but will help Client determine how to set up Cognos with their Oracle data warehouse. Client is planning a 1,500-query user implementation, with about 100 report developers. In the current data warehouse, Client has about 600 tables, including about 300 code tables. These tables are made available to data warehouse users in about 50 data models. The largest tables contain over 20 years of history and exceed 100 million records. The current reporting tool includes about 2,000 reports in 400 documents. Client will rebuild about 4,500 existing reports in Cognos.
Qualifications
• Suggest the best time to set up data marts, cubes, and dashboards (before go-live or after), given constraints on scope, resources, time, and quality.
• Work with Client staff on these topics and provide on the job training and mentoring to them, both teaching Client staff and coaching them as they do this work on their own.

The actual base pay within this range may be dependent upon many factors, which may include, but are not limited to, work location, education, experience, and skills.
Bread Financial offers medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, and other voluntary benefits (including basic and optional life insurance, supplemental medical plans, and short and long-term disability) to eligible associates (regular full-time associates scheduled to work 30 hours per week or more) and their spouses/domestic partners, and child(ren) under the age of 26. New associate elected coverage begins on date of hire (with the exception of disability coverage which has a 6-month waiting period). Six weeks of 100% paid parental leave for eligible parents is available after a 180-day waiting period. Hired associates can immediately enroll in Bread Financial's 401(k) plan.
All associates receive 11 paid holidays. Associates have discretion in managing their time away from work through the Flexible Time Off (FTO) program and may need to notify and receive approval from their manager prior to taking the time off. Associates (except those located in Illinois) receive 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time (“PSST”) upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year. Illinois associates receive 40 hours of Illinois PSST upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year and 40 hours of Illinois Paid Leave upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year. Illinois Paid Leave must be used before associates in Illinois will be approved to take FTO.
Hired associates will be able to elect the purchase company stock during offering periods in June and December. You will be eligible for an annual incentive bonus based on individual and company performance.

Role Description
Arcadis is currently searching for a Senior Architect to join our Water Business line team in our Columbus, Ohio office.
This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated Senior Architect to join our team in Columbus Ohio office with support from one of the best-qualified municipal consulting firms in the country. Senior Architect, with the support of a strong nationally recognized technical staff, will utilize their expertise and technical knowledge of architectural design to lead and deliver successful projects within the Water/Wastewater Industry and help lead and grow our team.
Role Accountabilities
This role will lead work on water/wastewater design engineering and construction projects and be responsible for leading project assessments, preliminary and detailed design plans and specifications. Water/Wastewater projects including: plant upgrades, storage facilities, storm water systems, pump stations, and distribution / collection systems. Other responsibilities include:
Lead code reviews and investigations and production of construction drawings, specifications, bid packages, and cost estimates for projects.
Manage and mentor junior architectural staff. Work effectively in team situations and establish strong relationships with other team and project members.
Lead development of plans, specifications, requests for proposals, and other contract documents.
Work directly with a variety of engineering disciplines, office / project staff, client and sub-contractors, throughout the project life cycle, and therefore should have clear and concise, oral and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to coordinate meetings, conduct effective client presentations and prepare written reports.
Assist with construction administration and submittal review of architectural items and feasibility review of alternative design approaches.
Some travel may be required to support project needs.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field of study.
Professional Architectural certification.
Key Skills and Abilities:
Ability to exercise their own judgment on details of work and in making preliminary selections and adaptations of engineering alternatives.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Skills to include; public speaking, ability to work as part of a team, preparation and development of technical documents, prior client involvement and/or relationship skills as part of the project team.
Functional knowledge and experience with AutoCAD/REVIT software and MS Office applications.
