About the Role
As an Senior Implementation Consultant at Fieldguide, you will be an integral member of our go‑to‑market team, working directly with our Customer Success and greater Go‑To‑Market teams to make significant impacts on our customer's adoption of our platform.
Reporting into our Head of Solutions, you will provide new Fieldguide customers with seamless onboarding experiences built to maximize our customers' return on investment quickly. What You'll Do

The workday integrationconsultant is responsible for designing and implementing integration solutions that connect Workday with other systems or applications used by our client. The consultant will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design solutions that meet those needs.
Responsibilities:

Configure and test integrations between Workday and other systems or applications.
Develop custom integrations using Workday Studio or other tools.
Troubleshoot integration issues and provide technical support to end-users.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of integration solutions.
Participate in the development of best practices and standard operating procedures related to Workday integrations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years of experience with Workday integrations.
Strong understanding of Workday HCM and related modules.
Experience with Workday Studio or other integration tools.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Experience with cloud-based integrations is a plus.
Workday Integration certification is highly desirable.
