Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Drive IT service delivery and integration across the ITIL-based Service Integration and Management (SIAM) ecosystem/MHS Enterprise IT Services (EITS) environment, which includes multiple external Integrated Service Provider contractors and DoD organizations
* Plan and implement the MHS EITS Service Management Manual (SMM) to serve as the overarching operating procedures for the EITS Environment. The SMM is the operational document repository that includes process descriptions, roles and responsibilities, policies, processes, and procedures to enable end-to-end IT service delivery
* Define and maintain the overall taxonomy, organization, and management of the SMM
* Continually enhance the SMM to drive single/standard processes in the EITS Environment and improve process maturity
* Drives adoption, participation, and compliance with the SMM across the Integrated Service Providers
* Use best practices to carry out business process analysis, re-engineering, process measurements and change management activities for the SMM
* Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements, processes, and risks that can be supported via the SMM
* Evaluate current business processes and recommend solutions for SMM improvements
* Develop and execute a maintenance plan for the review and update of all SMM areas
* (e.g., policies, processes, procedures, work instructions) as an ongoing program
* Develop and maintain best practices to meet changing business needs
* Implement, monitor, and maintain processes and tools that enable consistent delivery of IT services across the Integrated Services
* Provide leadership to bring continuous innovation and ManTech corporate capability to the customer to accomplish their mission
* Travel may be required up to 25% of the time

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience and leadership within an ITIL delivery environment
* Master's degree with a minimum of eight (8) years of experience and leadership within an ITIL delivery environment
* An IAM Level I certification (CAP, CND, Cloud+, GSLC, or Security+ CE)
* ITIL v4 certification

Preferred Qualifications:

Security Clearance Requirements:

We are seeking a Service Integrity Manager to lead a team dedicated to defining global program metrics for success, inspecting the processes that deliver immigration services and investigating the root cause when those services don't meet customer expectations. Service integrity for Global Immigration means ensuring a happy path for customers by maintaining an uncompromising insistence that immigration services "just work" and work at scale.

The Service Integrity Manager will be an experienced leader with a track record for building new programs that serve as foundations for services that scale. This leader will be responsible for building and growing a global inspections program that will examine whether existing processes and services deliver the expected output. When service integrity does break, this leader will build the investigations unit that will determine the root cause and recommend the solution that will keep that break from repeating. This leader will also oversee the review and regular inspection of global program metrics and enhancements to Global Immigration's suite of business review metrics. The ideal candidate values process and data inspection, and enjoys growing new programs and capabilities. The ideal candidate is also someone who places a strong emphasis on achieving and maintaining the highest standards when it comes to customer service and quality of work.

Responsibilities

* Lead and develop a team of Immigration Specialists focused on maintaining service integrity for Global Immigration customers through consistent review and inspection.
* Create a team culture that prioritizes an exceptional customer experience through continuous inspection.
* Think long-term to build durable and sustainable processes that produce reliable results both for today and for the future.
* Partner and build productive working relationships with cross-regional and cross-functional peers and leaders.
* Effectively prioritize competing projects for the team. Lead projects and collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders on commitments timelines and deliverables.
* Identify, design, and execute on ideas to scale and improve the support the team provides to internal stakeholders; successfully manage all aspects of program implementation working in partnership with cross-functional teams.
