Job Description IntegriChain's Advisory Services team partners with life sciences companies to navigate the complex world of government pricing, contracting, and compliance. As Senior Manager, you will lead engagements that help manufacturers, especially pre-commercial and emerging companies, establish and optimize government pricing frameworks, maintain compliance, and prepare for product launches. This role blends hands-on advisory work, team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and client relationship management. You'll support and own key accounts, mentor junior team members (potentially including offshore resources), and play a vital role in shaping best practices and driving thought leadership in the government pricing space. Core delivery responsibilities include: Serve as the lead advisor for government pricing and compliance, covering Medicaid, FSS, 340B, and Medicare programs. Provide strategic and operational guidance on calculation methodologies (AMP, BP, URA, ASP, Non-FAMP, FCP) and contract obligations. Support pre-commercial clients in building compliant frameworks and executing all GP-related pre-launch activities. Develop and present clear recommendations to C-suite and VP-level stakeholders; translate complex regulatory issues into actionable business strategies. Qualifications Requirements 7-10 years of experience in consulting or life sciences with a focus on government pricing, contracts, and compliance. Proven track record advising on Medicaid, 340B, FSS, and Medicare programs, including calculation methodologies and contract management. Experience leading client-facing projects and managing cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore). Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; ability to communicate complex concepts clearly. Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills; adept at building trust with senior stakeholders. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MHA) preferred. What this role entails: The Senior GP Analyst supports the data preparation, validation, calculation and analysis of price reporting required by the following government programs: Medicaid Drug Rebate Medicare Part B VA Federal Supply Schedule PHS 340B Drug Discount Prepares and validates underlying data for one or more of the following: Average Manufacturer Price (AMP), Best Price (BP), Average Sales Price (ASP), non-Federal Average Manufacturer Price (nFAMP), Federal Ceiling Price (FCP), Industrial Funding Fee (IFF) and Unit Rebate Amounts (URA). Responsible for review and maintenance of key master data utilized within all Government Pricing calculations. Manages the clients' class of trade hierarchy and ensures that all incoming transactions are tagged or mapped to the correct designation. Analyzes calculation results and identify the source of variances that are observed. Works closely with clients, GP Manager and technical team to resolve system, data and process issues. Documents all revisions and data manipulations on clients' data as per financial controls and standard operating procedures. Ensures timely and accurate calculation of assigned government prices based on the monthly, quarterly and annual schedule. SGPA will review calculations with Manager and obtain approval signoff (and execute any other required SOPs) before communicating prices to clients, the appropriate government agencies (CMS, VA/DOD, etc.) or internal Medicaid Rebates users. Responsible for maintaining SOPs, SOX/SOC-1 documentation and price calculation evidence of work. Qualifications What you'll need to thrive in this role: Motivated self-starter with the ability to think strategically and work independently. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and to prioritize and work within strict timelines. Strong oral and written communication skills. Job Description What this role entails: Plays the role of Team Lead of the GTN & DIA Engineering teams while working very closely with the Product Managers & BAs to transform business requirements into scalable & efficient design. Own & lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable web app (GTN) and data pipelines, extracts, & replications (DIA) for large and complex datasets (structured, semi-structured, unstructured). Build robust data integration and replication frameworks that integrate data from various source systems together in our Data Cloud for analytical purposes. Qualifications Requirements 10+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering & Analytics field (Primary) and Web Application Engineering (Secondary) Proven track record in leading teams of Data/Web App Engineers (Dev & QA) who are fully committed on delivering high quality solutions to the business problems. Hands-on experience with at least one of the programming languages (Python is MUST) Strong proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries in any relational or columnar database Strong skills in designing and enhancing DB models Experience with ETL/ELT tools (Informatica, Talend, dbt, Airflow, or similar). Strong skills in designing and maintaining Web Apps (Frameworks: ORM, API, Javascript) Hands-on expertise with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Databricks, etc.). Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on performance optimization and reliability. Experience working with large-scale datasets in healthcare, pharma, or financial services is a plus. Knowledge of security and compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR, SOC2) is preferred. Ability to create and interpret technical diagrams using tools like Lucidchart.
