Pros of working at INTEGRIS Health

I have worked for INTEGRIS Health for almost 20 years. I have seen a lot of changes. The current CEO came in right before the pandemic. He made a lot of changes and that did not sit well with the old guard. But, INTEGRIS Health continues to be an amazing healthcare organization and I wouldn't want to work anywhere else.

Cons of working at INTEGRIS Health

I have seen reviews talking about a lot of organizational changes and how that can cause feelings of instability and fear for your job. That is one thing that I can absolutely attest to. The constant organizational changes are unsettling.

INTEGRIS Health benefits

Overall, I think the benefits are pretty good. Are they the best? I'm really not sure as I've not explored other companies in some time.
