INTEGRIS Health reviews

I have worked for INTEGRIS Health for almost 20 years. I have seen a lot of changes. The current CEO came in right before the pandemic. He made a lot of changes and that did not sit well with the old guard. But, INTEGRIS Health continues to be an amazing healthcare organization and I wouldn't want to work anywhere else.

I have seen reviews talking about a lot of organizational changes and how that can cause feelings of instability and fear for your job. That is one thing that I can absolutely attest to. The constant organizational changes are unsettling.

Overall, I think the benefits are pretty good. Are they the best? I'm really not sure as I've not explored other companies in some time.

The people I work with

1st of all I'm not a fan of 2nd shift but mostly nothing is really hands on for me everything major I'd like to work on is outsourced I prefer to be able to be more hands on with the equipment use the knowledge I've learned throughout the years

Don't really have one

I truly believe in the amazing work the caregivers at Integris Health are doing.

Senior management doesn't seem to care about people; it's all about the process.

The PTO is good.
