    Our Foundry Sales Operations team owns the end-to-end support structure from sales enablement to life-cycle management. Our mission is to provide foundry services through best-in-class operations that customers can trust. Foundry Sales Operations is seeking an experienced, highly skilled Senior Demand Planner to join our team and serve as a key connector between sales forecasts, supply availability, and capacity. This role will be instrumental in driving our Sales and Operations Planning (SnOP) and Long-Range Planning process, ensuring that demand signals are accurately translated into supply chain readiness and capacity. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical expertise with business acumen to deliver insights that enable the organization to scale effectively and will be the interface for all things packaging products for Foundry Services customers. Through designing and executing analytics, you'll provide analytical support to the sales operation process; this includes, but not limited to: * Drive set-up for new products to enable forecasting in Compass and BY CDP through downstream systems. Partner with Packaging and Test Business Group to gather product attributes needed for product set-up. * Lead packaging demand cycle requirements and manage production demand using BY CDP tool, and Engineering demand using SAP IBP tool. * Collaborate with Business Development team and Package/Test Business Group to align on demand forecast for Long Range Planning Funded, Execute, and Growth scenarios. Understand exceptions and strategic propositions. * Collaborate with Customer Engineering and Business Development on milestones for new products, Eng'g/NPI build timeframes, HVM ramp, and execution. * Maintain product roadmap for monthly S&OP and report demand cycle over cycle changes. * Identify demand risks, opportunities, and trends to support proactive decision making. * Partner with supply chain integration and procurement teams to ensure material, service, and vendor readiness aligns with projected demand. * Partner with Customer Business Analyst within Foundry Sales Operations in getting latest customer rolling forecast, and bailed materials visibility. * Monitor inventory positions, lead times to mitigate shortages or excess. * Track accuracy, bias and lags in forecasts using BY CDP dashboards and KPIs. * Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to align capacity planning with demand forecasts, determine capacity allocation, and customer inventory to maximize revenue through supply commitments. Participates actively in the definition of architecture and microarchitecture features of the CPU being designed. Applies various strategies, tools, and methods to write RTL and optimize logic to qualify the design to meet power, performance, area, and timing goals as well as design integrity for physical implementation. Reviews the verification plan and implementation to ensure design features are verified correctly and resolves and implements corrective measures for failing RTL tests to ensure correctness of features. Documents micro architectural specs (MAS) of the CPU features being designed. Supports SoC customers to ensure high quality integration of the CPU block.
