KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Conduct strategic and financial analyses to inform decision-making on key business deals. * Develop and present detailed business cases and financial analyses to senior leadership. * Facilitate and coordinate phases of deal execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with external advisors. * Implement and refine processes to ensure world-class execution standards. * Evaluate global cloud capacity trends, sovereign AI priorities, and emerging AI compute investment programs. * Maintain relationships with infrastructure investors, global financial sponsors, policy stakeholders, and cloud innovators. * Represent AMD in select external discussions, bid processes, and high-level partnership engagements. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: * Progressive experience in top-tier investment banking, private equity, or corporate development roles, with a focus on the technology sector. * Exceptional financial modeling and valuation skills, with expertise in cloud economics, deal structures, and related considerations. * Proactive self-starter with a strong curiosity and a drive to master new concepts. * Outstanding written communication skills, capable of creating clear and compelling narratives. * Highly driven and results-oriented, with a strong commitment to excellence. ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: * Bachelor's degree and/or MBA in a related field.
