The Far Back End and Sort Organization (FSO) is looking for a Remote Operations Center (ROC) Technician. A Remote Operations Center (ROC) Manufacturing Technician (MT) is responsible for managing factory operations in a technical development (TD) and high-volume manufacturing (HVM) facility from centralized computer workstations off the manufacturing floor.
Job responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
-Plan and execute production and ENG/TD material movement across all processes in FSO from a given remote workstation
-Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot all material flows adhering to safety, quality, and output values
-Understand and perform complex production instructions with inputs from multiple stakeholders
-Complete documentation and effectively communicate progress with global team.
-Improve workstation performance by actively participating in continuous improvement projects, learning and skill development.
This requisition is filling multiple slots:
-Shift 4:(Nights front-end) 7 PM - 7:30 AM Sunday-Tuesday and alternating Saturdays.
-Shift 6: (Nights back-end) 7 PM-7:30 AM Wednesday - Friday and alternating Saturdays.
-Shift 7:(Days Back-end) 7 AM -7:30 PM Thursday-Saturday and alternating Wednesdays.

+ Bachelor's Degree in a science, technology, math, engineering, or STEM discipline.
+ OR Associate degree AND 2+ years related equipment maintenance experience.
+ OR Highschool diploma and 3+ years technical/trade certification in a technical field such as Microelectronics, Electronic Engineering technology, Computer Electronic Engineering Technology, or similar STEM discipline (candidate must possess the certification or expect to complete the required certification by employment start date).
+ OR Highschool diploma and Military training in a technical field such as electronics, mechanical, or similar technical field; and at least 2 years of hands-on experience.
+ OR- Highschool diploma and 2.5+ years of experience with preventative maintenance, repair, or troubleshooting.
+ OR- Highschool diploma and 2.5+ years of experience with equipment troubleshooting installation, qualification, repair, or operations in a semiconductor environment or manufacturing environment
. Candidate must be willing to:
-Work a compressed work week schedule. The schedule will consist of three twelve-hour shifts in a row followed by a four-shift week every other week.
-Primarily work from a computer workstation with a three-monitor set-up, monitoring many applications at a given time.

Base Pay Range: $108,000.00 - 148,500.00 per year
California (excludes SF Bay Area), Washington (excludes Seattle Metro), Washington DC Metro, and Massachusetts
Base Pay Range: $97,200.00 - 133,650.00 per year
All other cities and states excluding California, Washington, Massachusetts, New York City Metro Area and Washington DC Metro Area.
Base Pay Range: $86,400.00 - 118,800.00 per year
Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. **In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.**
