Key Responsibilities

+ Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including requirements, specifications, and design reviews
+ Manage milestone timeline development, tracking, and delivery against customer commitments
+ Ensure customer deliverables are compliant with expectations

Program Manager - Product Planning
THE ROLE:
The Program Manager in AECG Product Panning plays a key leadership role in driving Adaptive, Embedded and Semi-custom program execution. This role is pivotal in driving cross-functional teams with a strong focus on product definition during concept, feasibility and planning phases.
THE PERSON:
We are seeking a strong technical and execution-oriented program manager to drive early-phase program execution for Semi-custom Programs and next-generation Adaptive SoCs, FPGAs, and Embedded solutions within AMD's AECG Product Planning organization. This individual will play a critical role in shaping and enabling the roadmap by leading programs through Concept, Feasibility, and Plan phases, ensuring cross-functional alignment and readiness for full product development. One of the key responsibility of this role will be to drive early-phase engagement for semi-custom programs, including managing customer requirements, technical and business contract inputs, and ensuring clarity between OEM/customer needs and AMD engineering teams.
This is a high-impact, highly visible role ideal for someone with deep semiconductor experience, strong technical grounding, and exceptional program leadership skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Semi-Custom Program Contract Management (Early Engagement)
* Act as the point person for early-phase semi-custom engagements with customers and OEM partners and manage RFI, RFQ, Award and contract management.
* Partner with Legal, Business Development, and Engineering to support contract structures (NDAs, SoW, Development Agreements, Purchase Agreements, Specifications, Timelines).
* Ensure internal teams understand customer-specific requirements, customizing program deliverables accordingly.
* Develop clear program artifacts for semi-custom proposals including NRE estimates, and engineering feasibility outcomes.
2. Early-Phase Program Leadership (Concept → Feasibility → Plan)
* Lead Adaptive SoC and Embedded roadmap programs from initial concept through Plan exit.
* Drive cross-functional deliverables across architecture, silicon engineering, operations, software, marketing, and finance.
* Ensure program requirements (MRDs, PRDs, feature definitions, power/performance targets) are clear, validated, and documented.

THE ROLE:
Program Management in the Operations team within Radeon Technology Group (RTG) - the engineering division in AMD responsible for Graphics and GPU Compute silicon, software, and solutions. The ROLE
As a Technical Program Manager, GPU Modeling under the umbrella of PMO, you will be accountable for GPU model software development. The role concentrates on unifying modeling efforts for architecture features across multiple product lines. Join AMD's Virtual Bring-Up (VBU) team as a Project Manager to contribute to innovative solutions for next-generation products. The Project Manager will oversee cross-functional programs spanning hardware, FPGA, software, validation, and manufacturing disciplines - ensuring execution excellence from concept through qualification and release.

The successful candidate will project manage key emulation and prototyping program. This role requires cross-functional coordination, documentation and process control, system health & infrastructure oversight sitting at the intersection of FPGA engineering, software automation, and infrastructure-level validation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and manage integrated project schedules across hardware, firmware, validation, and manufacturing tracks.
* Define milestones, deliverables, and interdependencies for PCB, chassis, FPGA, and system qualification phases.
* Monitor critical path activities, resource allocations, and risk areas - proactively drive mitigations.
* Define and enforce design-review, DVT, and release-to-production checklists.
* Support continuous improvement in workflows (build automation, release gates, Jira/Confluence hygiene, etc.). Drive daily stand-ups and delay escalations.
* Provide concise, data-driven status updates to leadership - covering schedule, cost, quality, and risk metrics.
