THE ROLE:
We are seeking an engineer with strong hands‑on experience in FPGA build flows, design qualification, and developing infrastructure for platform regressions. This role is focused on developing robust smoke tests, functional test cases, and qualification workloads used to validate both FPGA designs and the associated platform software/toolchain flows.
THE PERSON:
The successful candidate will architect and implement daily and nightly regression pipelines, integrate them into a unified infrastructure, and ensure continuous quality and reliability of FPGA based platform design flows at scale. This role sits at the intersection of FPGA engineering, software automation, and infrastructure‑level validation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: FPGA Design & Build Flow
Own FPGA compile/build flows (synthesis, place & route, timing closure, bitstream generation).
Develop and maintain reference FPGA designs for build flow validation.
Diagnose issues across RTL, constraints, tools, and platform dependencies.
Platform Qualification & Toolchain Validation
Develop targeted test cases for FPGA build flows, toolchain stability, and edge cases.
Build scripts and automation for software stack validation (drivers, runtimes, APIs).
Validate tool and environment changes, partner with vendors and internal teams on root cause and fixes.
Define scalable design qualification criteria and coverage.
Regression Infrastructure
Design and maintain automated daily/nightly regression systems for FPGA and software toolchain validation.
Enable distributed, scalable runs across on‑prem or cloud resources.
Automate result collection, triage, and failure classification.
Infrastructure & CI/CD Integration
Integrate FPGA regressions into the unified infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
Interface with shared services (e.g., build orchestration, monitoring, logging).
Enable standardized reporting, dashboards, and notifications for regression health.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Large-scale FPGA farm or datacenter‑style validation.
Monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, ELK).
Operating unified build/validation infrastructures across multiple teams.
Hardware bring‑up or silicon pre‑/post‑silicon validation.
Cross‑functional and geographically distributed team collaboration.

Drive early supplier engagement for new products and ensure technical readiness.
Sourcing Strategy & Negotiation
Develop and execute sourcing strategies that support innovation, cost competitiveness, resiliency, and flexibility.
Lead negotiations across NPI and mass-production pricing, quality, capacity, resiliency (including non-China enablement), NREs, IP protection, and contractual terms.
Supplier Relationship & Issue Management
Serve as the primary point of escalation for supplier-related issues.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships through regular engagement and business reviews.
Monitor supplier performance, development progress, and industry trends.
Hold suppliers accountable to NPI schedules and development milestones.
NPI Execution & Program Leadership

Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of technical experience in interconnect technologies (e.g., cable and connector design, manufacturing, and sourcing)
5+ years of experience in cost negotiations, should-cost modeling, contract management, and obtaining quotations (RFQ/RFI process) from suppliers.
5+ years of experience working with design engineering teams on developing New Product Introductions (NPI), developing strategic sourcing, developing suppliers and supplier management.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
Experience supporting mass production ramp-up, enabling non-China manufacturing, and implementing tariff mitigation strategies is highly valuable
Experience with technology/component risk rating and mitigation plan
Expertise in supply chain operations.
Understanding of AI architecture and applications
Experience with high-density Twinax cables and, GPU systems, and rack-level integration, configured shipment, and deployment.
Working knowledge of interconnect engineering and design principles with specific expertise in the areas of design for medium-scale production, DFM/DFA, sheet metal and injection molding, material properties/science, dimensional tolerance analysis, corrosion resistance, water/dust ingress protection, signal integrity, heat transfer, and fluid dynamics.

ISCE Global Supply Chain Operations team has a mission to expertly plan and execute supply chain operations that guarantee the cost-effective and timely availability of essential data center equipment, ensuring best in class performance of Meta's data centers. We are looking for a Global Supply Chain Manager to help further our mission. The Global Supply Chain Manager will lead and support supply chain operations that enable Meta Data Center and Corporate Cabling fiber and infrastructure to be completed on schedule and to specification.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or supply chain management, or equivalent
* 8+ years of experience in supply chain fulfillment operations (forecasting, demand management, supply planning, order management, MPS/MRP, inventory control, logistics)
* Experience improving and managing supplier performance
* Experience in collecting and analyzing information, problem-solve and driving solutions
* Experience in business judgment and creating executive communication/presentations
* Skilled in risk management (possible internal and external risks) and developing contingency plans
* Effective communication of complex problems and solutions, effective cross-functional collaboration, and a bias for action to close out problems and mitigate risks
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's in Business Administration or Engineering
* Business knowledge and previous experience in Power and Cooling infrastructure
* Prior experience in networking, cloud industry or related field
Responsibilities
* Lead long term supply plan, optimizing capacity utilization, ensuring business goals are achieved, and driving timely & accurate supply communications
* Monitor lead times and track production schedules against plan, proactively managing all deviations & mitigating risks to meeting the supply commitment
* Proactively identify supply risks and drive manufacturing & operations improvement through vendor capability assessments and streamlining supplier processes to mitigate disruption
* Monitor geopolitical market conditions, technology roadmaps and identify supply/demand challenges and opportunities
* Ensure supply chain operational readiness for new equipment, new suppliers and new geographies
* Partner with the Capacity Delivery Leads, Construction teams and General Contractors to resolve unforeseen delivery issues, drive site prioritization and lock schedules
* Partner with demand managers and procurement team to determine and execute an optimal fulfillment of the supply plan
* Partner with the Sourcing & Quality teams to define category strategies, business allocation plans and to hold performance reviews for suppliers as part of the Integrated Product Teams
* Drive implementation & adoption of new processes improvements, and work to improve data systems & metrics to enhance supply visibility & accuracy
* Manage and cultivate supplier relationships focused on continuous performance improvement

We are looking for a Director, Strategic Sourcing - Infrastructure to join our Indirect Procurement organization. As a Hardware Infrastructure sourcing leader, you and your small team will be the go-to team for our compute, networking, storage and other hardware related sourcing needs. This role will drive the overall HW category sourcing strategy. You'll be responsible to cultivate strong partnerships across the organization and advise business partners and executive leaders accordingly.
What you'll be doing:
Source compute, networking, storage and other hardware needs.
Delivering hands-on sourcing services to the business including. RFx execution, negotiations, contracting reviews and other sourcing-related activities.
Global hardware category sourcing strategy responsibilities.
Being a trusted partner to our business partners in Engineering, IT, Operations, Finance, and Legal.
What we need to see:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business, or other quantitative fields (or equivalent experience); MBA degree is a plus.
15+ overall years of professional business experience.
7+ years of leadership experience.
Experience sourcing hardware category in fast pace enterprise hi-tech environment.
Hands-on sourcing experience and part of a small team and strong negotiating skills.
Leader with vision and experience working at a global scale.
Deep category experience and a record of execution excellence.
Demonstrate comfort with frequently changing business needs.
Ability to consistently collaborate across organizational boundaries.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Sourcing experience at major hyperscaler environment.
Working experience with major global hardware OEMs.
Experience sourcing test and measurement equipment.
Presentation skills both oral and written.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 240,000 USD - 379,500 USD.
