Understand and integrate novel tooling, fabrication, and assembly solutions for production. Champion modular, flexible tooling and lean, highly repeatable or adaptable production processes.
Design production layouts/production factory to support flexible cell‑based or continuous flow manufacturing. Collaborate with other emerging programs to evaluate multiple ACP product line potentially mixed with other product lines.
Create detailed ramp‑up plans including labor, equipment, facilities, and supplier readiness. Develop full understanding of capital investment requirements and timing.

Experience using Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, and Teams
Experience leading proposal and negotiation efforts as contracts focal.

Ability to work a flexible work schedule that may include extended shifts, holidays, and weekends and support on call status for 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week, 365 days a year.
Additionally, all team members will perform other duties as part of a CFT responsible for depot level modifications performed at customer locations. As part of the CFT, members are expected to assist in other technical disciplines as requested by Team Leads or management.
Basic Qualifications:
Aircraft Mechanic 3: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and 4 years of applied / related experience and / or additional education.
Aircraft Mechanic 4: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and 6 years of applied / related experience and / or additional education.
Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics, assembly drawings, process specifications, technical manuals, written instructions, test procedures, etc.
Must be able to perform moderate strenuous physical and repetitious work to include bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting item weighing up to 50 pounds, and working overhead.
Must be able to access small, confined spaces and work in an enclosed environment.
Must be able to pass a New Hire Physical prior to start.
Must have the ability to pass medical/respiratory evaluation to obtain and maintain necessary respirator clearance and compliance with all respirator fitting requirements.
Your ability to obtain and/or transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government Secret clearance, and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company.
Preferred Qualifications:
F-35 Airframe Collateral Duty Inspector (CDI) or Collateral Duty Quality Assurance Representative (CDQAR), Level 7 equivalent.
MOU/Depot or Contract Field Team experience with complex aircraft modifications or aircraft reset experience.
F-35 maintenance experience including knowledge of mission system run ups, troubleshooting, and software loading procedures.
Experience and working knowledge with F-35 sustainment tools; Product Data Manager (PDM), JSF Data Library (JDL), Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS).
Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license.
Primary Level Salary Range: $66,600.00 - $111,000.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $79,100.00 - $131,900.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Minimum Qualifications

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
* .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
* 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
* 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
* Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

$94,200.00 - $137,500.00
Non-Metro New York state & Washington state:
$84,000.00 - $122,200.00
