The documentation shall also include an outreach and communication plan that prescribes the methods used to effectively communicate with portfolio personnel and to provide support to the portfolio. f. Identify, develop, and document portfolio-specific intelligence Production Requirements (PRs), and coordinate as necessary with the IC for portfolio-specific intelligence products. g. Support the integration of current intelligence, acquisition intelligence and technical intelligence into the development and sustainment of the MDS. Prepare and deliver portfolio-focused summaries of IC products monthly at all geographies. Be prepared to deliver a weekly summary when requested. DHL analysts will provide a weekly TS/SCI-level update to AB staff. h. Provide Analyst 101 orientation to every new Acquisition Intelligence Analyst, including information regarding critical IC websites, an introduction to ballistic missile IC Subject Matter Experts, an introduction to cultivating IC relationships, an overview of resident Intelligence documents and resources, and an introduction to acquisition intelligence. i. Research and respond to RFIs from MDA Senior Leadership and MDA Program Elements on an ad hoc basis; responses may include briefings, updates, and/or technical intelligence engineering. This includes supporting and presenting intelligence reports, briefings, updates, white papers, and technical data. j. Determine technical intelligence engineering information/collection requirements in conjunction with the Intelligence Division Technical Intelligence Engineering team and the Intelligence Division Sensors and Data Management team, to include researching and gathering relevant IC data. Provide required technical intelligence products to portfolios. k. Participate in the Intelligence Division effort to provide acquisition intelligence support to the program elements, which includes determining points of contact within the program elements, working with the program elements to develop their threat stressors and intelligence concerns, and coordinating this data with Intelligence Division leadership. This includes researching and gathering intelligence data, developing and presenting briefings, attending and participating in meetings, developing required documentation, and providing weekly status updates. l. This includes supporting and presenting intelligence reports, briefings, updates, white papers, and technical data. m. Provide relevant intelligence information and/or data to assist the Government in developing responses to Congressional testimony and Congressional inquiry. n. Apply multi-disciplinary technical intelligence expertise to provide direct managerial and logistical support to DEI leadership. Merge data from across the Technical Intelligence functional area by liaising with DEI stakeholders, oversee DEI schedules, helping to analyze DEI's responses to actions in the MDA electronic tasking system (TMT), support DEI at key information exchanges, and facilitate communication and interaction across DEI and other DE sub-elements for multi-mission area products and services. q. Research, develop and staff information papers, briefings, and memorandums with MDA senior leadership including, but not limited to, the MDA Director, the General Counsel, and the Director for Engineering.
