Join GDIT and provide critical on-site Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) expertise and counsel to senior-level clients in direct support of Headquarters, Air Force Deputy Chief of Staff for ISR and Cyber Effects Operations (CEO) (AF/A2). Be part of an aggressive, customer focused, GDIT Team who daily provides counsel on multi-intelligence (multi-INT) ISR issues to the Director of ISR Operations in meeting some of the world's most complex and technical ISR challenges. We're seeking critical ISR, multi-INT, and AF Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) Advisors to join our team at the Pentagon, Washington, DC.
GDIT is looking to hire an ISR Analyst / Multi-Intelligence Subject Matter Expert; fusion analysis; and/or DCGS subject matter expert, professional, and strategist who can help lead Air Force ISR and DCGS.
MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
Makes recommendations and provides expert counsel to senior Headquarters, Air Force ISR and CEO staff;
Provides strategies, recommendations, and courses of action for the transition of AF DCGS into the next decade and beyond;
Provides multi-INT subject matter expertise for the improvement of ISR warfighting and to ensure future operational success;
Provides recommendations on enterprise modernization activities and cross-functional compatibility across the Air Force, with the Joint and Intelligence Communities;
Advises on state-of-the-art fusion analysis, and multi-INT ISR tools;
Applies practical knowledge of USAF structure and defense-level intelligence operations; intelligence, collection, fusion, analysis, and ISR databases and products;
Applies knowledge of AF ISR operations and multi-INT correlation & fusion analysis and production;
Collaborates with the broader GDIT team and the customer, earning team members and the customers' trust, and presenting innovative solutions to ensure enduring team culture of excellence & top-notch ISR support;
Represents the customer at conferences, technical exchanges, and data working groups across the DoD, Intelligence Community, industry, and with coalition partners;
Prepares staff packages, presentations, position papers, and other correspondence in support of the customer; and
Summarizes findings, develops conclusions and recommendations associated with Air Force ISR, multi-INT, fusion analysis, and DCGS operations
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

Essential Job Function

Report individual findings from the analysis of all investigative material on an ongoing basis, write intelligence reports, create graphics and working aids, and prepare discovery and court material for the prosecutor, following the completion of investigative support and as scheduled with the lead investigator and/or Assistant U.S. Attorney.

Minimum Qualifications
Possess a working knowledge of current investigative techniques relating the analyzing and summarizing large volumes of investigative data and preparing analytical products in support of law enforcement operations.

Responsibilities
The Intelligence Analyst will be responsible on a daily and weekly basis for the following activities:
· Compile, analyze, and develop meaningful intelligence assessments from C-UAS system logs in the field.
· Develop and disseminate drone detection metrics reports.
· Report on field UAS detection incidents, both orally and in written form, to Government decisionmakers.
· Conduct trend and pattern analysis of the UAS threat and detection performance.
· Support development of training POIS for field staff including reporting templates, system log analysis and storyboarding techniques.

Basic Qualifications The ability to learn the range of pertinent laws, regulations, policies, and precedents which affect the program Effective problem-solving, analytic, written and oral communication skills Capacity to work as part of a team to provide multi-faceted intelligence products and support to operational units and Intelligence Community components Knowledge with Microsoft Outlook applications Ability to work with and engage the customer daily Active Top Secret clearance and eligible for a CI Polygraph Preferred Qualifications Experience working with IC tools and databases Degree in security or intelligence studies with a recommended focus on terrorism or other transnational security threats is highly desired Two to seven years of Experience Familiarity with programs and software such as Palantir, ESRI, Intel Analyst, ETC.
Completion certificate from a commercial, military, or US government all source analysis training course or a specialized intelligence career field.
Skills and attributes for success:- Drafting and development of technical documentation related to a variety of projects in the IT space.
- Work closely with project stakeholders to establish technical processes and procedures.
- Document projects through the SDLC.
- Provide status reports for multiple ongoing projects and related documentation efforts.
- Assist with both user and admin level documentation.
