Coordinate sourcing activities low to medium complexity proposals (RFPs), Collect and organize bid responses and assist in comparing supplier offers. Support negotiations by gathering cost and spend data for analysis. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and specifications. Compile and analyze spend data to identify trends and potential cost-saving opportunities. Supplier & Market Research Research potential suppliers and gather data on pricing, product availability, and market trends. Support the development of supplier databases and maintain accurate supplier information. Assist in evaluating vendor capabilities and performance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 1-3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or contract support Understanding of sourcing, negotiation and contract processes Basic understanding of procurement or sourcing principles is a plus.
