    The Team You Will Be Joining: The Converged Threat Analyst for Global Intelligence will support and augment MetLife's Intelligence capability and serve as a bridge between various security/cybersecurity and resilience functions in MetLife. The Converged Threat Analyst will monitor and assess global geopolitical developments and security risks, creating a range of strategic intelligence products for a broad audience of key internal partners. This role reports to the Director for Global Intelligence and requires a high level of critical thinking, discretion, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities: * Proactively monitors global political, security, and cybersecurity issues to identify emerging threats and hazards with potential business impact. * Provides high-quality, relevant, and concise intelligence reporting and analysis to improve security and support corporate decision-making. * Leverages OSINT techniques, social media, benchmarking data and vendor tools, alongside demonstrated awareness of geopolitical and risk issues in the Americas, Europe, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific regions. * Drives intelligence-sharing initiatives across MetLife functions -- including Cybersecurity, Corporate Security, Government Relations, and others - and leads cross-functional intelligence efforts during high-impact global events or geopolitical shifts. * Develops detailed knowledge of MetLife's risk exposure and tailors intelligence reporting accordingly, including for daily, monthly, and quarterly operational and strategic briefings. * Leverages and works to deepen existing relationships with government agencies, industry partners, and intelligence networks. * Contributes to the development of technology requirements and knowledge management initiatives to strengthen team capabilities and resilience metrics. Required Skills: * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to convey complex data in a simple, actionable way to non-technical audiences, including senior-level stakeholders. * At least 6 years of experience in the risk intelligence field or an equivalent environment, whether in the public or private sector. * Prior experience and/or education related to cyber threat intelligence, cyber geopolitical intelligence, or other relevant cybersecurity discipline. * Experience conducting robust research on complex topics independently or as a part of a larger analytical effort, focusing on emerging trends in cyber and physical security that could impact the organization. * Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information, evaluate source reliability, and grasp the relevance of intelligence to operations. * Experience working both collaboratively and independently within distributed, cross-functional teams. * A relevant course of study, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office. The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 - $130,000. Responds to calls for assistance, complaints, suspicious activity, disputes and loud and disruptive behavior. Investigates traffic accidents, issues traffic citations, and directs traffic. Participates in emergency operation activities. Operates radar equipment to apprehend speeders and slow down traffic.
