Work Arrangement
On-Site at Fort Liberty, NC with CONUS and OCONUS TDYs up to 120 days. Contractor required to be available for immediate recall (1+ hours) in case of Command Directives.
The Intelligence Exploitation Analyst specializes in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting intelligence data to support strategic decision-making and operational planning. They are responsible for identifying patterns, trends, and potential threats, producing reports, and providing recommendations to stakeholders.
Essential Functions
Provide Intelligence Exploitation Analysts to provide analytical and planning support to screening, exploitation and other HUMINT missions.
Interface with intelligence organizations, IA, and other DoD organizations to fully prepare teams
Prepare analytical products and assessments supporting targeting efforts, source development and threat analysis.
Provide analytical and planning support to Interrogation, Exploitation and Detainee operations and other HUMINT missions.
Perform analysis, provide intelligence products and perform intelligence research to support HUMINT/Detainee interviews.
Provide intelligence summaries as a result of each supported HUMINT/Detainee interview in accordance with USSOCOM procedures.
Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications and Competencies
Proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.
Demonstrate expert proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools.
Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Lieutenant Colonel (O-5) / GS-14 level or higher.
Highly proficient in utilizing current intelligence related automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytical efforts and product development.
Strong briefing and writing skills.
Advanced working knowledge of Interrogation, Exploitation and Detainee Operations and other HUMINT missions including methodologies and systems.
Strong background and firsthand experience are required in the following analytical areas: Regional analysis, Geo-Political analysis, HUMINT analysis and Collection Management.
Working knowledge of advanced targeting skills and firsthand experience targeting networks, individuals within networks, and identifying vulnerabilities for exploitation.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the F3EAD targeting cycle as well as the current data, tools, and techniques used for each phase of targeting.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills and proficiency using current analytic tools, databases and Intelligence and operational systems is required.
Education / Certifications
High School Diploma required.
DOD, DoS, DHS, or equivalent training/course completion preferred.
Experience
Minimum of six (6) years of experience as an all-source intelligenceanalyst within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies is required with four (4) years at the operational level.
In-depth knowledge of SOF and or CT intelligence experience is highly desirable.

IntelligenceAnalysts responsible for researching, developing, and presenting intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders including: CT and regional analysis, GEOINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT/PAI, political/military analysis and support to targeting. Intelligenceanalysts shall interface with other intelligence organizations to fully prepare teams for exploitation of enemy personnel, as well as prepare post screening analytical products and assessments supporting targeting efforts, and threat analysis. Coordinate SIGINT procedures with internal and external SIGINT activities to ensure the collection, dissemination, and/or precision geo-location activities adhere to guidance and appropriate directives. We're Looking for You:
The LLPS implements protection projects to advance the Conservancy's priorities with focus on the Resilient and Connected Network of lands and waterways primarily within southeastern North Carolina. They collaborate with Nature Conservancy team members and partners to develop relationships with property owners (individuals, organizations, and public entities) and secure acquisition of legal interests in land and water (by the Conservancy and others). This work includes collaboration and integration with Conservancy staff implementing Natural Climate Solutions in support of restoration and other climate mitigation projects and with Freshwater staff around shared conservation opportunities for wetlands and floodplains involving land protection. They research land ownership information for tracts identified as potential acquisition projects and conduct negotiations with landowners to complete conservation transactions. They assist with the sale or transfer of non-strategic land holdings across southeastern North Carolina as needed.
