The Regional Intelligence Analyst serves as an experienced, independently capable analyst researching, analyzing, and disseminating intelligence information and performing advanced intelligence functions to support organizational preparedness and response to man-made and natural threats. The Regional Analyst is expected to demonstrate subject matter familiarity, take initiative on complex tasks, and lead analytic projects with minimal oversight.
This role reports into and is supported by SCN's centralized Threat Management and Information Sharing operation, working embedded within and under the direction of the Jewish Federation of Greater Miami in conducting proactive research and online monitoring of known and potential threat actors in South Florida, responding to threats or incidents reported by community partner organizations, and collaborating and sharing information across relevant local, regional, and federal partner organizations and agencies.
The Regional Intelligence Analyst will be expected to work onsite at the Greater Miami Jewish Federation in Miami, FL.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Conduct complex analysis of multi-source information to identify patterns, threats, vulnerabilities, and emerging risks.
Conduct OSINT monitoring and investigations across mainstream, alternative, and deep web platforms to identify and assess extremist individuals and groups (domestic and international) including known threat actors in the region.
Capture, assess, interpret, corroborate, and distribute intelligence using databases, software platforms, and online portals.
Develop original intelligence products including reports, bulletins, threat assessments, and briefings tailored for internal and external stakeholders.
Provide protective intelligence support for events to include reviewing and tracking events, alerting law enforcement fusion centers of upcoming events, and performing analysis to determine event security measures and staffing.
Collaborate across agencies and organizations to share relevant intelligence and fill identified collection gaps.
Coordinate with SCN's Jewish Security Operations Command Center (JSOCC) to ensure alignment with national intelligence priorities, receive support and review of intelligence operations and discuss national threat trends and adapt intelligence-gathering strategies accordingly.
Lead or manage analytic projects, ensuring clarity, timeliness, and actionability of deliverables.
Deliver briefings to senior leadership, law enforcement, and community partners.
Perform structured analysis and generate, test, and refine analytic hypotheses.
Incorporate alternative analysis techniques and structured analytic methods.
Identify and manage personally identifiable information (PII) responsibly and in compliance with SCN's privacy policy and POI Guidance considerations as well as all applicable legal regulations.
Apply analytic tradecraft with precision, including critical thinking, source evaluation, and intelligence cycle management.
Contribute to a professional analytic culture by supporting continuous improvement in product quality and tradecraft standards.
Participate in on-call rotations and variable shift work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree with at least three years of experience in intelligence, research, and analysis or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated proficiency in intelligence tradecraft, analytic methodologies, and intelligence product development.
Advanced understanding of analytic tools, structured techniques, and the intelligence cycle.
Prior experience generating and presenting intelligence products to internal leadership and external stakeholders.
Ability to quickly and effectively synthesize and summarize information from multiple sources into concise, analytic assessments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to brief executives, law enforcement, and partners.
Capable of managing multiple high-priority tasks with limited oversight in a fast-paced environment.

Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Task Analyst Responsibilities Include:

Maintains daily, weekly, and monthly status of priority cases and be prepared to brief, provide information papers, and/or correspondence to senior leadership as required.
Provides management support analysis for programs that are subject to, or being considered for transfer to, a foreign nation as part of a building Partner Nation (PN) capabilities and capacity.
Provides day‐to‐day support in the execution of Security Cooperation cases, to include management and tracking of financial, logistic, and other related case data, tracking and resolution of action items, transportation management of international shipments, development of briefing packages for senior DoD and foreign government personnel, reconciliation of cases in preparation for case closure, and other related tasks.

The All-Source Intelligence Analyst provides intelligence fusion and analysis in support of MARCENT operations, assessments, and planning. This role conducts multi-discipline analysis, integrating HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and other sources to produce all-source intelligence products. The analyst prepares threat assessments, briefings, and operational intelligence estimates to inform leadership, and develops annexes, appendices, and intelligence inputs to operational plans . With demonstrated expertise in collection, evaluation, fusion, and dissemination, the All-Source Analyst ensures that MARCENT decision-makers have accurate, timely intelligence to support operational planning and mission success . By combining analytic rigor with technical proficiency, the role strengthens MARCENT's ability to anticipate threats and exploit opportunities across the USCENTCOM AOR. *THIS EMPLOYMENT IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD*
Responsibilities/Duties:
* Conduct multi-discipline analysis and create all-source intelligence products.
* Integrate information from HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, and OSINT sources.
* Prepare threat assessments, briefings, and operational intelligence estimates.
* Support development of annexes, appendices, and intelligence input to operational plans.
Supplemental Duties:
* Support production of multi-source intelligence estimates for MARCENT leadership.
* Assist in developing intelligence assessments for exercises and contingency planning.
* Contribute to SOP updates for all-source analysis processes.
Administrative Duties:
* Maintain compliance with MARCENT administrative procedures and reporting requirements.
* Ensure intelligence analysis documentation is archived according to classification and records management standards.

None.
Education/Experience/Qualification:
* Bachelor's Degree required; Intelligence, Political Science, or related field preferred.
* 5-7 years of intelligence analysis experience.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe Pro, M3, TAC, HOTr, Google Earth, Analyst Notebook, and Palantir.
* Experience in collection, evaluation, fusion, analysis, and dissemination of multi-source intelligence to support decision-making and operational planning.
* Knowledge of joint intelligence doctrine and analytic methods.
* Strong briefing and analytical writing skills.
* TS/SCI clearance required.
Additional Skills:
* Ability to integrate multiple intelligence sources into coherent assessments.
* Strong oral presentation skills for briefing senior leadership.
* Analytical rigor to evaluate intelligence gaps and propose solutions.
* Proficiency with intelligence community databases and research tools beyond those listed in Excel.
Location:
Primary workplace is MARCENT Headquarters, MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa, Florida.
Work Environment:
Office environment within a joint military/civilian/contractor staff. Requires regular coordination with external intelligence partners.
Physical Demands:
Primarily sedentary work with extensive computer use and classified document handling.
Work Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week. Monday-Friday, 0800-1600. May require flexibility for operational requirements.
License and Other Requirements:
Valid U.S. Driver's License. Eligibility for issuance of a Common Access Card.

Play an intricate role in the development and analysis of potential CI threats, insider threats, and Green on Blue threats
Directly support our HUMINT and CI operations under CJTF-OIR.
Develop all-source association matrices on individuals identified in reporting.
Construct link diagrams.
Develop Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR)/ Host Nation Information Requirements (HNIR)/IR analysis of reporting.
Perform general intelligence analysis related to counter-terrorism, HUMINT, Iraq, Syria, Jordan and Southwest Asia regional issues, political/military analysis, and targeting as requested. Log new requirements into tracker.

Amentum is currently recruiting for a **Acquisition Intelligence Analyst** to join our team at HQ, United States Special Operations Command, McDill Air Force Base, FL; to support our Joint Intelligence Center Special Operations Command contract. **Duties include:**
+ Provide Intelligence support to SOF AT&L and the Acquisition process.
+ Respond to all source SOF AT&L tasking and efforts in support of the SOF acquisition production process to include validated on-line Lifecycle Threat Reports (VOLT), create Critical Intelligence Parameters. Produce Technology Targeting Risk Assessments (TTRAs), Intelligence Health Assessments (IHAs), Lifecycle Mission Data Plans (LMDPs), validated IMD Supportability Reports (VISRs), Threat Test Support Packages (TTSP) and Adversary Cyber Threat Assessments (ACTAs).
+ Analysts must complete ACQ110, ACQ1010 and CLR 101 within 90 days or contract start date.
+ Analysts shall complete 100% of RFI's assigned per month. All submitted work must be deemed "Acceptable" by JIC Reviewers.
+ Analyze and integrate multiple areas of national security interests, including military and political developments, intentions, and implications. Assess and integrate foreign military and political trends, perceptions, and goals as related to SOF mission areas.
+ Support the operational planning process and provide feedback of strategic/theater changes that have implications for defense/SOF operations, conflicts, and crisis.
+ Provide fused intelligence bridging geospatial and SCA analysis for strategic, operational, and tactical level planning and operations.
+ Respond to assigned RFIs by researching, analyzing, and producing finished intelligence including, but not limited to, Intelligence Studies, Desk Notes, PowerPoint briefings (with associated textual analyses and graphical representation of areas of interest), Intelligence Highlights or SOF Intelligence Bulletins at required classification levels.
+ Conduct in-depth research using classified and unclassified data sources to locate and analyze available intelligence in support of PAS requirements.
+ Collaborate with multiple internal and external POCs to ensure all aspects of a research effort are incorporated.
+ Identify information gaps and develop source-directed requirements (SDR) or identify alternate sources to garner information.
+ HQ SOCOM analyst shall produce 12 products per quarter, at least two of which are near- or mid-term assessments (Info Paper, SOF Intel Brief, or PowerPoint presentation with associated textual analyses and visual representation) as deemed acceptable by JIC reviewers.
+ TSOC PAS analyst will assist in the production of a minimum of six acceptable products per year as deemed by TSOC reviewers.
+ TSOC PAS Analysts will support the Geospatial and SCA analysts in research and discovery to provide the common operational view.
**Qualifications:**
+ Five (5) years of Acquisition intelligence experience in IC or DoD
+ Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a national security or equivalent

+ Additional three years acquisition intelligence experience in IC or DoD for a combined total of 8 years of experience.
+ Five (5) years Acquisition intelligence experience with analysis, reporting and briefing in a DOD setting
+ Two (2) years experience working in a multi-skilled team environment collaborating on the production of intelligence analysis
+ five (5) years experience utilizing Intelligence Community databases and software
