Contributing to the refinement of COMINT/PROFORMA/FISINT analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques to enhance the team's overall effectiveness, and providing direct intelligence support to real-world military operations, training exercises, and crisis response efforts in the Pacific. **Primary Roles and Responsibilities:** + Conduct in-depth intelligence analysis of COMINT/PROFORMA/FISINT. + Identify and analyze the technical characteristics of signals, including their structure, parameters, and content. + Evaluate, analyze, and document the signals and protocol environment of assigned accesses. + Produce detailed reports and briefings that accurately convey the findings of signal analyses. + Develop intelligence products and analytical assessments to provide actionable intelligence and context. + Use comprehensive understanding of collection platforms to combine information from various sources, including Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), and Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT). + Provide shift work support as required to ensure continuous intelligence coverage. + Maintain a high level of proficiency in COMINT/PROFORMA/FISINT analysis through application of best practices. + Performs other duties as assigned. + Approximately 20% travel possible, both to Mainland U.S. and Allied and Partner nations, in support of conferences, planning sessions, and exercises. **Minimum Requirements:** + 5+ Years of experience with Communications Intelligence (COMINT), PROFORMA, or Foreign Instrumentation Signals Intelligence (FISINT) collection and signals analysis + Experience with collection and signals analysis + Knowledge of signal characteristics, structure, parameters, and content + Ability to analyze and report technical characteristics of signals in the RF and digital domains to determine structure, parameters, content, and purpose + Ability to provide shift work support + An active Top Secret/SCI with CI poly is required. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance + Completed 450/460 Fundamental COMINT Signals Analysis courses + HS diploma or GED and 9+ years of professional experience, Associate's degree and 7+ years of professional experience, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of professional experience **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience with INDOPACOM Intelligence problem sets + Completion of a credentialing Service School including Navy Cryptological Technician - Collections (CTR), Army 35S, Air Force 1N2C, Marine 2621, or Intelligence Community (IC) tradecraft-recognized SIGINT analyst certification course + Completion of Military 451/461 Intermediate COMINT Signals Analysis course, 452 Advanced COMINT Signals Analysis, Intermediate PROFORMA Workshop (IPW) The salary range for this position is $110K to $130K.
